MBR membrane bioreactor is the product of the combination of membrane technology and wastewater treatment bioreactor, which is used for solid separation and interception. There is no bubble aeration in the reactor to extract priority pollutants from industrial wastewater. The main materials of the support layer are polyester and polyethylene terephthalate (PET), including polyacrylic acid (PAN) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). The most commonly used material is polyester, which is stretched by melt spinning or other dry spinning processes and wet spinning processes, and then woven into hollow fiber tubes with different diameters, which is an indispensable part in the preparation of hollow fiber membranes. The tensile strength of the membrane is greatly improved, thus prolonging the service life of the membrane, which is the most important part in the separation process. Membrane materials mainly include polyvinylidene fluoride, polysulfone, polyethersulfone (PES), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polypropylene (PP) and so on. , usually made into microfiltration membrane (pore size 0. 1~ 1μm) or ultrafiltration membrane (pore size 1nm~0.0 5μm).
The service life of membranes made of different materials is different, and the modification of membrane materials also affects the service life of membranes. Secondly, it is related to the operating conditions of the membrane, including inlet water quality, backwashing frequency and optimal design of membrane modules. The service life of MBR membrane materials produced in China is generally 3~5 years. The inner support tube of MBR membrane has strong tensile strength, and even under harsh conditions, there will be no wire breakage. There is basically no need to consider the strength of MBR membranes from various manufacturers, but one of the most important issues is to investigate the anti-stripping strength of membrane filaments, that is, the bonding force between membrane layer and support tube, and the service life of membrane material itself, which determines the service life of MBR membrane, and the anti-stripping strength also determines the service life of membrane.
