Occupational Physician License Application Requirements

Professional physician certificate application requirements are as follows:

Article IX with one of the following conditions can participate in the licensing examination for medical practitioners:

(a) with a higher school of medicine bachelor's degree or above, under the guidance of a licensed physician, in the medical, preventive, health care institutions in the probationary period of one year.

(b) after obtaining the license of practicing assistant physician, with a higher school of medicine specialist education, in medical, preventive, health care institutions for two years; with secondary specialized school of medicine, in medical, preventive, health care institutions for five years.

With one of the following circumstances, will not be accepted for registration for the physician qualification examination:

1, health vocational high school graduates.

2, basic medicine, forensic medicine, nursing, paramedic, medical technology and other related medical and pharmacy, medical management graduates.

3. Graduates of medical specialties, but the syllabus and the direction of professional training or the graduation certificate indicates a non-medical direction.

4. Graduates of medical majors, but the syllabus and the direction of professional training or the diploma certifies that the degree is non-medical.

5. Non-active military personnel applying for the examination with a probationary period certificate issued by a military medical, preventive or health care institution or registering for the physician qualification examination in the military.

6, active military personnel holding a probationary period certificate issued by the local medical, preventive, health care institutions report.

7. Holding a Professional Certificate or a Certificate of Studies to register for the Physician Qualification Examination.

Physicians have the following rights in their practice:

1. Within the registered scope of practice, to conduct medical diagnosis and examination, disease investigation, medical treatment, issue appropriate medical documents, and to choose reasonable medical, preventive, and health care programs.

2, in accordance with the standards set by the State Council administrative department of health, to obtain the basic conditions of medical equipment equivalent to my practice.

3. To engage in medical research, academic exchanges, and to participate in professional academic organizations.

4. To participate in professional training and receive continuing medical education.

5. In the practice of medicine, the dignity of the human person and personal safety are not violated.

6. To receive salary compensation and allowances, and to enjoy the welfare benefits provided by the state.

7. To give opinions and suggestions on the medical, preventive and health care work of the organization and the work of the health administration department, and to participate in the democratic management of the organization in accordance with the law.
