Workplace Accident Management Regulations

I. Purpose

To standardize the management of work-related injuries and work-related insurance, to deal with work-related accidents in a timely and reasonable manner, to prevent and control work-related accidents, to standardize the procedures for handling work-related accidents, to improve the awareness of the employees on work safety, and to minimize the risk of work-related accidents for both the company and the employees.

Second, the applicable object:

Applicable to all employees who work in the company through pre-service training.

III. Responsibilities

(1) The general manager is responsible for the overall leadership of the company's work injury management.

(2), the company's full-time safety officer is responsible for the construction and implementation of the company's safety management system; leading the investigation of workplace accidents and report writing; collaboration and supervision of workplace injury management.

(3) The leaders of each department (workshop) are fully responsible for the management of work-related injuries in their own departments (workshops).

(d) The leaders of each department (workshop) shall take effective measures to control the rate of work-related accidents.

(e), the Administration Department is responsible for the new employees (officially on duty) for work injury insurance, according to the departments (workshops) to provide information related to the recognition of work injuries, according to the provisions of the reimbursement procedures.

(F), each department (workshop) shall not conceal the false report of workplace accidents, control and reduce the rate of workplace accidents, and actively cooperate with the company's administrative department and the leadership to investigate and deal with workplace accidents.

Fourth, the recognition of work-related injuries:

The recognition of work-related injuries is based on the national "Work Injury Insurance Regulations".

(a), the employee shall be recognized as work injury if he/she has one of the following circumstances:

2. Before or after the working time, he/she suffers from accidental injury in the workplace, engaging in the preparatory or finishing work related to work;

(2) If an employee suffers from one of the following circumstances, it shall be regarded as a work-related injury:

1. In the working time and at the workplace, he/she dies of a sudden illness or dies within 48 hours after rescue;

2. He/she suffers an injury during the activities of safeguarding the interests of the Company and the State such as rescue and relief of disasters.

(3) Any of the following circumstances shall not be included in the scope of work-related injuries:

1. Intentional crime;

2. Drunkenness or drug addiction;

3. Self-inflicted injuries or suicides;

V. Handling of work-related accidents

(1), employees injured at work, the departmental shift/team leader should keep the scene and notify the company's safety officer, the Minister of the Department of Administration and the departmental leadership within 30 minutes, the Department of Administration to arrange for a vehicle will be sent to the injured employees to work-related injuries, medical insurance designated hospitals for treatment of serious injuries (serious injuries sent to "Tangxia People's Hospital" or "Ruixia People's Hospital"). (IX) Work-related injuries identified materials

Sixth, the period of suspended pay:

After the accident, the employee needs to suspend work to accept the time of injury treatment for the period of suspended pay (also known as the period of medical treatment for work-related injuries).

VII. Classification of work-related accidents:

(1) Minor accidents: Physical, chemical, biological and other external factors acting on the human body, resulting in a certain degree of damage to the tissues, organ structure or partial dysfunction, after the injury to rest for more than one working day, has not yet constituted a serious injury and does not belong to the minor injuries of the injury of the accident.

VIII. Employees in the period of suspension of wages, payroll standards are:

9, production safety responsibility system

Ten, work-related injuries, rewards and punishments:
