Article 6
All units and individuals have the obligation to protect the environment. Article 65
Environmental impact assessment institutions, environmental monitoring institutions and institutions engaged in the maintenance and operation of environmental monitoring equipment and pollution prevention facilities are responsible for environmental pollution and ecological damage caused by fraud in related environmental service activities. In addition to being punished in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, it should also be jointly and severally liable with other responsible persons who cause environmental pollution and ecological damage.
