The following construction projects must be evaluated for seismic safety, and based on the results of the evaluation to determine the seismic requirements:
(a) highways and railroads, large-scale overpasses, single-hole spans greater than 100 meters or multi-hole spans with a total length of more than 500 meters of the bridges;
(b) railroads, railroad trunk lines, important stations, railroad hubs of the main building projects;
(C) highways, high-speed railroads, viaducts, urban light rail, underground railroads;
(D) length of more than 1,000 meters of tunnel projects;
(E) international and domestic airports in the terminal building, air traffic control building, large hangar projects;
(F) annual throughput ≥ 1 million tons of port projects or more than 10,000 tons of berths, 20,000 tons of dockyard projects;
(F) annual throughput ≥ 1 million tons of port projects or more than 10,000 tons of berths, 2 million tons of class dock project;
(vii) Class I hydraulic buildings and large reservoirs of 100 million cubic meters or more of the dam;
(h) total installed capacity of ≥ 300,000 kilowatts of thermal power projects, ≥ 200,000 kilowatts of hydropower projects;
(ix) more than 500,000-volt pivot substation projects;
(j) large oil and gas fields, joint stations, compressor houses, pressurized gas station pumping stations and so on. (x) large oil and gas fields, such as joint stations, compressor houses, pressurized gas station pumping stations and other important buildings, crude oil, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas receiving and storage facilities, oil and gas pipelines and pipeline first and last station, pressurized pumping stations;
(xi) offshore oil and gas production platforms, drilling platforms;
(xii) broadcasting centers, television centers, the difference between the radio station, the transmitter, the mainframe building;
(xiii) long-distance telecommunication hubs, (xiii) postal communication projects such as long-distance telecommunication hubs, postal hubs, satellite telecommunication earth stations, program-controlled telephone terminal bureaus, local network convergence bureaus, and emergency communication buildings;
(xiv) major facilities for urban water supply, oil storage, and gas projects;
(xv) large-scale grain and oil processing factories, and large-scale grain warehouses of more than 150,000 tons;
(xvi) outpatient buildings, ward buildings, and medical technology buildings of general hospitals or hospitals of more than 300 beds; and building, ward building, medical technology building, important medical equipment rooms and central blood station;
(xvii) urban sewage treatment plants and desalination projects;
(xviii) nuclear power plants, nuclear reactors, nuclear heating devices;
(xix) important military facilities;
(xx) projects that are prone to serious secondary disasters of flammable, explosive and highly toxic substances (xxi) large industrial and mining enterprises, large and medium-sized chemical and petrochemical production enterprises, large and medium-sized refineries, the main production equipment and its control system of the building, the production of highly toxic, flammable and explosive substances in the plant and its control system of the building;
(xxii) annual output of more than one million tons of cement, more than one million cases of glass and other building materials industry projects;
(xxiii) peak ground vibration acceleration of 0.05g and above in the region of hard, medium-hard site and height ≥ 80 meters, or peak ground vibration acceleration of 0.10g and above in the region of medium-soft, soft site and height ≥ 60 meters of high-rise buildings;
(xxiv) various types of disaster relief emergency command facilities and disaster relief supplies reserve depot;
(xxv) large-scale Theater, large stadiums, large commercial service facilities, more than 8,000 square meters of teaching buildings and student apartment buildings, as well as museums and other public **** building to store national first and second-class precious cultural relics;
(26) the relevant provisions of the national or provincial requirements should be carried out seismic safety evaluation of other projects.
