Shayang County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau is a department of the county government, with 86 cadres and workers and 62 employees in party member. It consists of eight units: Bureau Office, Civil Servant Unit, Planning and Employment Promotion Unit, Vocational Capacity Building Unit, Social Insurance Unit, Salary and Welfare Unit, Labor Relations Unit, Fund Supervision and Financial Audit Unit. There are seven secondary units, including Labor and Employment Administration, Social Labor Insurance Administration, Social Medical Insurance Administration, Rural Social Endowment Insurance Administration, Talent Center (Personnel Examination Center), Labor Security Supervision Brigade and Social Insurance Fund Settlement Center (Information Center), to comprehensively manage the county's human resources and social security work.
