Brief introduction of main process flow of waste incineration system in Gong Bei, Henan Province

1), the waste is transported to the kiln head by hydraulic push rod, and the material flows forward to the kiln tail.

5) The flue gas from the waste heat hot water heat exchanger enters the semi-dry quenching tower. By spraying water to cool down, the temperature was quickly reduced to about 200℃ in 1s, which effectively inhibited the regeneration of dioxins.

6) Then, the flue gas enters a dry deacidification and dioxin absorption device to further purify the tail gas. The function of spraying slaked lime is to remove HCl, SOx and other acidic components in the absorbed flue gas, and the function of activated carbon is to adsorb and remove a small amount of dioxins and furans remaining in the flue gas.

When the inlet temperature of the bag filter is not within the limit range, the bag bypass solenoid valve is opened, and the flue gas enters the chimney through the bypass, so as to ensure that the bag will not be fatally damaged when the flue gas temperature is abnormal.
