Gansu Pingchuan is located in Baiyin City, Gansu Province, China.

Pingchuan District is located in the center of Gansu and the upper reaches of the Yellow River, and is named after the 100,000 acres of Pingchuan River in its territory. The geographical location of Pingchuan District is relatively advantageous and the transportation is convenient, with highways and national highways passing through its territory, and it is about 200 kilometers away from Lanzhou City, the capital of the province.
