What is the sentence for smuggling medical equipment

Smuggling, trafficking, transporting, manufacturing drugs, regardless of the quantity, shall be held criminally responsible and subject to criminal punishment. Any of the following circumstances shall be sentenced to fifteen years' imprisonment, life imprisonment or death penalty and confiscation of property: (1) smuggling, trafficking, transporting or manufacturing more than one kilogram of opium, more than fifty grams of heroin or methamphetamine, or other drugs in large quantities; (2) smuggling, trafficking, transporting or manufacturing the prime mover of a drug syndicate; (3) armed cover for the smuggling, trafficking, transporting and manufacturing of drugs; (4) resisting inspection, detention and arrest with violence; (5) smuggling, trafficking, transporting or manufacturing drugs in large quantities; or (d) Resisting inspection, detention or arrest by violence under serious circumstances; (e) Participating in organized international drug trafficking activities. Anyone who smuggles, sells, transports or manufactures more than two hundred grams but less than one kilogram of opium, more than ten grams but less than fifty grams of heroin or methamphetamine, or a larger quantity of other drugs shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than seven years and fined. Anyone who smuggles, traffics, transports or manufactures less than 200 grams of opium, less than 10 grams of heroin or methamphetamine or a small quantity of other drugs shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or control, and shall be fined; if the circumstances are serious, the penalty shall be fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years, and shall be fined. If a unit commits a crime under paragraphs 2, 3 or 4, the unit shall be sentenced to a fine, and the persons directly in charge and others directly responsible shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of those paragraphs. Anyone who uses or abets a minor to smuggle, sell, transport or manufacture drugs, or who sells drugs to a minor, shall be given a heavier punishment. If a person has repeatedly smuggled, trafficked, transported or manufactured drugs without having disposed of them, the quantity of drugs shall be calculated cumulatively.
