Medical law enforcement equipment

Article 54 The food and drug supervision and administration department has the following functions and powers in supervision and inspection:

(1) Entering the site for inspection and sampling;

(two) to consult, copy, seal up and detain the relevant contracts, documents, account books and other relevant materials;

(3) sealing up and detaining medical devices that do not meet the statutory requirements, illegally used spare parts and raw materials, and tools and equipment for illegally producing medical devices;

(four) to seal up places engaged in the production and operation of medical devices in violation of the provisions of these regulations.

When conducting supervision and inspection, the food and drug supervision and administration department shall produce law enforcement certificates and keep the business secrets of the inspected units.

The relevant units and individuals shall cooperate with the supervision and inspection of the food and drug supervision and administration department and shall not conceal the relevant information.
