Standard leak hole, also known as standard leak block, standard leak piece, standard leak and flow calibrator, is the benchmark for leak detection, and is widely used in new energy vehicles, smart wear, security lighting, wire connectors, household appliances, medical devices and other industries. The standard leak hole is specially used for the quality inspection of the leak detector and/or the whole test loop system, and has different leak rates (ml/min, sccm) under different pressures. Therefore, the standard leak hole can be connected in parallel with the qualified workpiece. The seal leak detector must be able to identify the simulated leak rate on the standard leak hole. Therefore, the accuracy of the whole test equipment can be detected simply, quickly and at low cost.
