Central air conditioning should be planned in the decoration preparation stage in advance, the installation position of the internal unit should be determined in advance, and the required strong wires should be arranged in advance. Generally, the installation of central air conditioning in Suzhou is arranged by the manufacturer after the plumber enters the site. The installation of central air conditioning goes through three stages.

Good materials without good construction technology will also affect the use effect of air conditioning, and air conditioning equipment is easy to be damaged. In-place service comes from professional installation specifications.

1. Internal machine in position.

The first step for the construction team to enter the site is to hoist the internal machine. In the process of hoisting, attention should be paid to:

① When the equipment and indoor unit arrive at the site, the outer packaging shall be in good condition and clean.

(2) The equipment stacking place is clean and tidy, without dust.

(1) indoor machine should be hoisted in place according to the design requirements;

(2) Indoor confidential equipment shall be kept horizontal, stable and free from shaking.

(1) The boom of the indoor unit is positioned accurately, without bending, inclination and stability;

(2) The suspender should adopt the attached gasket, and the lower part of the lifting claw should use double nuts;

(3) The diameter of the boom shall not be less than10mm ... After the indoor unit is hoisted, the air inlet and air outlet of the indoor unit shall be sealed with a special film for the indoor unit as soon as possible to prevent dust and foreign objects from entering.

Make bell mouth with R4 10A copper tube expander.

The copper tube is connected with the indoor unit through the horn.

The bell mouth of the copper tube is not eccentric and has no burr, and the diameter can just match the sodium head.

Always tighten the nut with a torque wrench.

2. Installation of refrigerant copper tube

After the indoor unit is installed, the refrigerant copper pipe can be installed, which is the most important link in the installation process of central air conditioning.

(1) all copper tubes must be refrigerant-specific copper tubes R 410A;

(2) The copper pipe stacking place shall be clean and tidy, and the port shall be sealed.

When the copper tube needs to be bent or rotated, please use a pipe bender or a special elbow.

When copper pipes are lengthened or shrunk, pipe joints or large and small heads are used.

(1) The spacing between supports and hangers of all copper pipes shall not be greater than1.2-1.5m;

(2) All supports and hangers must be stable and not shake.

Adopt special branch pipes and thermal insulation materials.

Bifurcation pipe spacing should not be less than 50 cm.

(1) Copper pipes must be welded under nitrogen protection;

② Before the copper tube reaches normal temperature, the nitrogen pressure in the copper tube is kept at 0.02MPa.

(1) When the copper pipe is welded or interrupted, the port must be sealed to prevent dust from entering;

(2) The copper tube must be sealed at the hole in the wall and the floor to prevent dust from entering.

After welding copper pipes, before connecting indoor units, all connected copper pipes must be purged with nitrogen to ensure that there is no dust or foreign matter in the copper pipes.

(1) After the purging of the copper tube is completed, seal all terminals of the copper tube, and conduct nitrogen pressure test on the connecting copper tube;

(2) Keep the pressure in the copper tube at 3.73MPa. If there is no pressure drop within 24 hours, there is no leakage in the copper tube system, and release the nitrogen pressure to 0.5 ~1.0 MPa;

(3) Finally, insulate and bind all pipe joints and bifurcated pipe joints.

①r 4 10A copper tube adopts special foamed rubber insulation tube;

(2) Copper pipe insulation materials shall be neatly stacked without dust around;

When you need to open the insulation pipe, please make sure that the cutting face is up and stick it firmly with special adhesive for foamed rubber and plastic.
