(1) training base
Designated by the Ministry of Health and meeting the following conditions:
1. Level III first-class hospital.
2. Have the clinical application ability of interventional diagnosis and treatment technology for cardiovascular diseases, and complete the interventional diagnosis and treatment of various cardiovascular diseases every year with no less than 1000 cases, of which no less than 500 cases are treated.
The training base for interventional diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease completes not less than 1000 cases of various cardiovascular diseases every year, including not less than 200 cases of interventional treatment of coronary heart disease.
The training base for interventional diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmia has completed the interventional diagnosis and treatment of various cardiovascular diseases every year for at least 1000 cases, including catheter ablation for at least 150 cases and permanent pacemaker implantation for at least 70 cases.
The training base for interventional diagnosis and treatment of congenital heart disease has completed not less than 1000 cases of various cardiovascular diseases every year, including not less than 70 cases of interventional treatment of congenital heart disease.
3. The total number of beds in cardiovascular medicine, cardiovascular surgery or thoracic surgery shall not be less than 150.
4. There are at least 4 instructors with clinical application ability of interventional diagnosis and treatment technology for cardiovascular diseases, including at least 2 chief physicians.
5. Having personnel, technology, equipment and facilities suitable for the training of interventional diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
6. Published at least 15 academic papers or clinical monographs on interventional diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases in domestic core professional magazines or SCI journals in recent 3 years.
7. Hold a national professional academic conference or undertake a national continuing medical education project.
(2) Basic requirements of training base
1. Training materials and training plans are approved by the Ministry of Health.
2. Ensure that trained doctors complete the required training within the specified time.
3. After the training, the trained doctors will be tested and assessed, and a conclusion will be issued whether they are qualified or not.
4. Establish training, examination and assessment files for each trained physician.
5. Decide the number of doctors to be trained according to the actual situation and training ability.
(3) Training requirements for cardiovascular interventional physicians
1. Under the guidance of superior doctors, he participated in the completion of at least 25 cases of diagnostic cardiac catheterization and angiocardiography and at least 15 cases of interventional therapy for cardiovascular diseases, and passed the examination.
Doctors who intend to engage in interventional therapy of coronary heart disease, under the guidance of superior doctors, have participated in the completion of at least 50 cases of coronary angiography and at least 25 cases of interventional therapy of coronary heart disease, and passed the examination.
Physicians who intend to engage in catheter ablation therapy, under the guidance of superior doctors, have participated in at least 20 catheter ablation treatments and passed the examination.
Physicians who intend to engage in pacemaker therapy, under the guidance of superior doctors, have participated in the completion of no less than 10 cases of pacemaker therapy and passed the examination.
Doctors who intend to engage in interventional therapy of congenital heart disease, under the guidance of superior doctors, have participated in the interventional therapy of at least 15 cases of congenital heart disease and passed the examination.
2. Under the guidance of superior doctors, participate in the whole process management of patients with cardiovascular diseases, including preoperative evaluation, interpretation of diagnosis and examination results, consultation with other disciplines, cardiovascular diseases interventional diagnosis and treatment operation, records of interventional diagnosis and treatment operation process, perioperative treatment, intensive care treatment and postoperative follow-up.
3. Doctors who have been trained in cardiovascular interventional diagnosis and treatment system for more than 6 months abroad and have completed the prescribed number of cases, have training certificates from training institutions and pass the examination at the training base, which can be regarded as meeting the prescribed training requirements.
