Article 1 Based on
In order to strengthen the health management of swimming places, standardize business practices, prevent the spread of infectious diseases and health hazards of accidents, to protect human health, according to the "People's Republic of China **** and the State of the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act", "Regulations on the Management of Health of Public*** Places," "public **** Cultural and Sports Facilities Regulations", "Emergency Regulations for Public **** Health Emergencies" and other laws and regulations, the formulation of this specification.
Second Scope of Application
This specification applies to all types of swimming places in the Chinese People's **** and the State, including artificial swimming places, natural swimming places and water amusement facilities.
Article III Meaning of terms
(a) the swimming place referred to in this specification, refers to be able to meet the people swimming fitness, training, competition, recreation and other activities indoor and outdoor water (domain) and its facilities and equipment. Article IV Site Selection, Design and Completion and Acceptance

Article V Environmental Health
The internal and external environment of the swimming pool should be kept clean, hygienic, comfortable, bright and ventilated, and the air quality is in line with the relevant national health standards.
Article VI Artificial Swimming Place Facilities and Layout
(1) Artificial construction of swimming places should be set up swimming pools and first aid rooms, changing rooms, shower rooms, public **** toilet, water quality cycle purification and disinfection equipment control room and storage. And according to the changing room, mandatory shower room and foot dipping pool, swimming pool in the order of reasonable layout, the proportion between each other appropriate, in line with the safety and hygiene of the use of the requirements. Article VII of the natural swimming facilities and layout

Article VIII of the public **** bathroom

Article IX Ventilation, Lighting and Water Quality

Article X of the waste storage and prevention and control of vector-borne facilities
Swimming places should be set up in the appropriate location of the waste containers, containers should be closed, easy to clean up, and effective prevention and control of vector-borne organisms. Article XII of the public **** supplies and appliances procurement
Swimming place to use public **** supplies and appliances, purifying agents, detergents, insecticides, disinfectants, disinfection facilities, drinking water equipment, first aid items and facilities, pool water recycling and purification equipment, and other types of supplies and appliances should be purchased to the licensed manufacturer or business unit, the purchase of the establishment of a system of inspection and acceptance and make a good record of procurement, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State for inspection and certification. Article 13 Storage of Public **** Supplies and Appliances

Storage room shall not pile up debris. Article XIV of the public **** supplies and utensils disinfection

Article XV of the artificial swimming pool water purification and disinfection

I. Swimming pool water

Three, public **** supplies and utensils disinfection

Four, note
