Places with densely populated areas include but are not limited to normal business activities during the period of epidemic prevention and control. Enterprise workshops, construction sites, various canteens, shopping malls and supermarkets, medical institutions, nursing homes, mental hospitals, special education schools, public security supervision places, government service centers, district designated reception hotels, and business premises in banking, communications, gas and other industries.
Attention should be paid to these places:
1. A sign should be set up in a conspicuous position at the entrance, requiring those entering to wear masks. Anyone without a mask will not be allowed to enter. Temperature detection points should be set up at appropriate locations in all crowded places. Persons without body temperature measurement or whose body temperature is ≥37.3°C are not allowed to enter. Those with suspected symptoms such as fever, fatigue, dry cough, etc. should be sent to the doctor in a timely manner. People entering crowded places should consciously comply and actively cooperate.
2. Units should provide employees with necessary protective equipment and require employees to wear masks throughout the process to strengthen personal protection.
3. Regularly disinfect and disinfect the internal and external environment, related facilities and equipment, garbage collection points, etc., use air conditioners, elevators and other equipment according to regulations, keep the environment hygienic and clean, and carry out garbage removal in a timely manner. Individuals entering crowded places should develop good hygiene habits, refrain from touching things randomly, and wash hands frequently.
4. The scale and density of people flow should be scientifically and reasonably controlled, people should be directed and diverted to avoid people gathering, and the place should be kept well ventilated. All crowded places should set up a "one-meter safety distance" line at entrances, exits, cashiers and other areas where people need to wait in line, and the distance between people should be more than 1 meter.
5. Employee dormitories should maintain indoor air circulation, open windows for ventilation every day, and strengthen preventive disinfection. In crowded places, dining management should be strengthened, meals should be served at different times, and separate meals should be dispersed to reduce gatherings of people.
