Part: bracket and support
Requirements:
1, support and neighboring a support must be strictly controlled within 2.5m.

3, the main rail bracket at the same level, two bracket error is not greater than 20 mm, vice guide two brackets at the same level error should not be greater than 5 mm.
4, the bracket and support the level should be strictly controlled within 1.5%.
5. The support surface of the support bracket should be vertically corrected after each circle of bracket is welded, and the error should be controlled within 0.5㎜.
6. If the bracket of the support frame can not be installed according to the position in case of special circumstances, it should be moved downward (i.e. ≤2500㎜) and another supplementary bracket should be installed on it.
7, the main rail support bracket should be ≥300mm out of the shaft wall with diagonal braces; the secondary rail should be ≥500mm out of the shaft with reinforcement bars.

Part: school rail
Requirements: school rail is an extremely important process in the installation of the elevator, because it exists after the removal of the line can not be rectified after the weaknesses, so we must be careful in the school.

6. The gap between the two rails must ensure that the drawings required, the general allowable error of the main rail +1 mm, pay rail error of +2 mm.
7. Two rail joints at the step shall not be greater than 0.05 millimeters, such as non-compliance with the requirements to be amended, the length of the amendment must be greater than 300 millimeters.

Part: hall door (floor, column, door beam, door, door, door lock, etc.)
Requirements:
1. Part: (tractor, steel beam, host, guide wheel)
Requirements:

Part; put the wire rope

Requirements:

Part: car
Requirements:

3, after the installation is completed, must check the screws have no severance, loose.

Part: door opener (car door, safety contact plate, door knife, etc.)
Requirements: door opener in the installation process must be serious and careful, because it directly affects the car door, door knife and other components of the installation and adjustment, so we must pay attention to in the installation.
1, open the door motor drive wheel to vertical, verticality should be controlled within 0.5mm, belt tension should be moderate, and the door opener midpoint must be coincident with the center line of the car floor, front, back, left, right must be horizontal, its level is not greater than 1‰, and the door slide sliding plate bottom side of the car floor should be guaranteed to the distance of the car floor 2200mm.
2, in the installation of the car door, must check whether the door is deformed, the door knife and other components of the installation and adjustment. 3, the door column gap is less than 1mm.
4, in the installation of the touch plate, first of all to check the rotating parts of the jamming and rotation of the phenomenon of inflexibility, such as must be refueled and trimmed. 5. 6. After the installation of each part is completed, the screws must be checked for leakage and looseness.

Part: control cabinets
Requirements:
1, control cabinets in the machine room to refer to the drawings placed in a reasonable manner. Part: wireway (machine room, shaft, call ladder line, etc.)
Requirements:
1, machine room wireway location must be placed reasonably, the direction of the interface must be horizontal and vertical interface is tight and flat, no warping. Its parallelism should be no more than 2 ‰. Each hole must be opened with a hole opener, the import and export should be added to the protective pad.
2, shaft line channel must be vertical, no gaps at the interface verticality is strictly controlled within 5 ‰, the need to open the hole must be opened with a hole opener.
3, the line pipe in the shaft, the fixed point should be no more than 1M, end fixed point should be no more than 0.1m, and must be fixed firmly without loose phenomenon.
4, the shaft of the soft line must be taken to the correct location, appropriate length, horizontal and vertical.
5, shafts, engine room trunking must have obvious grounding mark.
