Article 8 The dumping of garbage must comply with the following provisions:

Construction units that generate construction waste, sludge should hold construction permits, engineering drawings and other relevant materials, to the approval department to apply and fill out the sludge consumption registration form. Article XII of the approval department from the date of receipt of the application within three days from the date of issuance of residual soil consumption license.
Removal of slag units or individuals should be in accordance with the standards set out in the payment of slag to eliminate place management fees. Article XIII of the unit or individual generated garbage and dirt, should be in accordance with the provisions of the time, route and requirements of their own transportation, but also can be entrusted to the professional environmental health operations enterprise transportation. Article XIV municipal administration shall, in accordance with the "Beijing municipal environmental sanitation regulations" of the relevant provisions of the garbage and slag disposal places for supervision and management, and can be deployed according to the actual situation needs. Article XV of the transport of garbage, sludge vehicles to implement airtight transportation, no wheels with mud driving, no leakage along the way, spilling. Article XVI of industrial waste, medical and health care waste and other flammable, explosive, highly toxic, radioactive and other toxic, hazardous waste, should be properly handled in accordance with relevant state regulations, shall not be mixed into the collection of domestic garbage and garbage, slag waste disposal sites.
