Japan's POSCO (パソナテック) accepted CAPCOM's commission to recruit 2011 graduates in Chinese universities. Graduates who have passed the CAPCOM interview will first sign a 1-year contract with Nihon Bakelite, which is called the career development training period. During the career development training period, graduates go to Japan to receive professional and technical training in the work of CAPCOM, and at the same time receive life support and career development counseling from Nihonboku. At the end of the training period, the graduates are evaluated and approved by CAPCOM, and then become full members of the CAPCOM company.
