Four, recruitment procedures
(a) Registration
Candidates fill out Annex 2, "Beijing Xiaotangshan Hospital applicants registration form," and CV and send it to the mailbox xiaotsh7@wjw .beijing.gov. Please use "Job Title - Name - Academic Degree - Title - Specialty" as the subject of the email and the name of the attachment.

(II) Qualification Review
The hospital will review the qualifications of the applicants according to the requirements of the post and determine those who are qualified to participate in the assessment.
(C) hospital assessment
Hospital assessment is divided into a comprehensive examination or written test + interview assessment according to different positions.
1. Comprehensive examination.
Comprehensive examination in the form of an interview, including self-introduction and the examiner's questions, the results of the percentage system.
According to the comprehensive examination results from high to low order, 1:1 ratio to determine candidates for medical examination.
2. Written test + interview assessment.
The written test is mainly to assess the comprehensive knowledge of the profession that matches the position, and the interview assessment includes self-introduction and questions from the examiner.
The written test results take the percentage system, set a passing score line of 60 points.
In accordance with the written test scores from high to low, 1:3 ratio to determine the interview candidates, written test scores lower than the passing line can not be entered into the interview, did not reach the 1:3 ratio, according to the written test scores of not less than the passing line of the actual number of people who participated in the interview.
Interview results take the percentage system, set a passing score line of 60 points.
Written test scores and interview scores in accordance with 40%, 60% of the weighting into the overall score, according to the overall score from high to low order, to determine the candidates for the physical examination in the ratio of 1:1.
(D) physical examination and publicity
Human Resources Division to organize the proposed personnel for physical examination and psychological testing, physical examination standards with reference to the "general standards for civil service employment physical examination (for trial implementation)".
Hospital assessment and physical examination are passed by the proposed personnel, by the President of the Board of Directors, the Party Committee for approval and adoption, in the unit of publicity, publicity period of seven working days, the publicity of no objection in accordance with the provisions of the employment procedures.
V. Matters needing clarification
1.
