Application of MOS Circuit

MOS circuits in the most widely used for CMOS circuits, CMOS digital circuits, the most widely used for the 4000, 4500 series, which is not only applicable to the design of general-purpose logic circuits, but also very good overall performance, which, together with the TTL circuits, have become the two major mainstream products of digital integrated circuits.CMOS digital integrated circuit circuit circuits are divided into the 4000 ( 4500 series) series, 54HC/74HC series, 54HCT/74HCT series, etc. In fact, these three series of pin functions, the order of arrangement is the same, only some parameters are different. For example, 74HC4017 and CD4017 are circuits with the same function and the same pin arrangement, and the former has a high operating speed and a low operating supply voltage. 4000 series of the most commonly used at present is the B series, which adopts the silicon gate process and double-buffered output structure.

Bi-CMOS is short for Bipolar-CMOS (Bipolar-CMOS) circuit. This gate circuit is characterized by a CMOS structure for the logic part and a bipolar transistor for the output stage, thus combining the advantages of low power consumption of CMOS circuits and low output impedance of bipolar circuits.
