(2) Drinking hot beverages, strenuous exercise, emotional and bathing need to wait 30 minutes before measuring.

(3) The anal temperature is the closest to the human body temperature and is minimized by the environmental temperature, but it is not convenient to measure and is not suitable for screening. Therefore, this method should only be used on the basis of the need to confirm other measurement methods.

(4) Wipe the thermometer clean with toilet paper before reading the temperature data.

In fact, the oral and anal temperatures are closer to the human body temperature, but these have certain limitations, such as infants and children with teeth are not suitable for measuring oral temperature with body temperature, and naturally the "big kids" are not suitable for measuring anal temperature.
