(3) Having a technical secondary school education or technician qualification in science and engineering (non-boiler major), having been trained in boiler inspection, and having been engaged in boiler design, manufacture, installation, use, inspection and supervision for more than three years;
Two, declare the pressure vessel, gas cylinder inspector inspection qualification personnel, should meet one of the following conditions:
(1) Having a college degree or above in chemical machinery or an assistant engineer qualification in chemical machinery, and having been engaged in the design, manufacture, installation, use, inspection and supervision of pressure vessels for more than one year;
(2) Having a technical secondary school education in chemical machinery, a college education in science and engineering (non-chemical machinery) or a professional technician qualification in chemical machinery, and having been engaged in the design, manufacture, installation, use, inspection and supervision of pressure vessels for more than two years;
(3) Having a technical secondary school education or technician qualification in science and engineering (non-chemical machinery major), having been trained in pressure vessel inspection, and having been engaged in the design, manufacture, installation, use, inspection and supervision of pressure vessels for more than three years;
(four) with high school education or technician qualification, and engaged in the design, manufacture, installation, use, inspection and supervision of pressure vessels and gas cylinders for more than four years, you can apply for the qualification examination for gas cylinder inspectors (regular inspection only).
Three, to declare the qualification of pressure pipeline inspector, should meet one of the following conditions:
(1) Having a college degree or above in chemical machinery or pipelines, or having the qualification of assistant engineer in chemical machinery or pipelines, and having been engaged in the design, manufacture, installation, use, inspection and supervision of pressure pipelines for more than one year;
(2) Having a technical secondary school degree in chemical machinery and pipelines, a college degree or above in science and engineering (non-chemical machinery and pipelines) or a professional technician in chemical machinery and pipelines, and having been engaged in the design, manufacture, installation, use, inspection and supervision of pressure pipelines for more than two years;
(3) Having a technical secondary school education or technician qualification in science and engineering (non-pipeline specialty), having been trained in pipeline inspection, and having been engaged in the design, manufacture, installation, use, inspection and supervision of pressure pipelines for more than three years.
Four, declare the crane inspector inspection qualification personnel, should meet one of the following conditions:
(1) Having a college degree or above in crane machinery and electricity, or having the qualification of assistant engineer in crane machinery, electricity and safety, and having been engaged in crane design, manufacture, installation, debugging, maintenance, operation, inspection and supervision for more than one year;
(two) with mechanical engineering, electrical secondary school, science and engineering (non-lifting professional) college degree or above, or mechanical engineering, gas engineering, safety engineering professional and technical personnel, engaged in crane design, manufacturing, installation and debugging, maintenance, operation and supervision for more than two years;
(3) Having technical secondary school education or technician qualification in science and engineering (non-lifting major), and having been engaged in crane design, manufacture, installation, debugging, maintenance, operation, inspection and supervision for more than three years. //instryinspection
Five, declare the elevator inspector inspection qualification personnel, should meet one of the following conditions:
(1) Having a college degree or above in hoisting machinery and electrical engineering, or having served as an assistant engineer in hoisting machinery, electrical engineering and safety engineering, and having been engaged in elevator design, manufacture, installation, debugging, maintenance, inspection and supervision for more than one year;
(2) Having a college degree or above in hoisting machinery, electrical technical secondary school, science and engineering (non-hoisting major) or professional technicians in hoisting machinery, electrical and safety engineering, and having been engaged in elevator design, manufacture, installation, debugging, maintenance, inspection and supervision for more than two years;
(3) Having a technical secondary school education in science and engineering (non-lifting major) or a technician or technician qualification, and having been engaged in elevator design, manufacture, installation and debugging, maintenance, inspection and supervision for more than three years.
Six, declare the factory motor vehicle inspector inspection qualification personnel, should meet one of the following conditions:
(1) Having a bachelor degree or above in automobile and engineering vehicles (excluding locomotives, the same below) or an assistant engineer in engineering vehicles, and having been engaged in the design, manufacture, maintenance, operation, inspection and supervision of motor vehicles in the factory for more than one year;
(2) Having a technical secondary school degree in automobile and engineering vehicles, a college degree or above in science and engineering (non-automobile and engineering vehicles) or a professional technician in engineering vehicles, and having been engaged in the design, manufacture, maintenance, operation, inspection and supervision of motor vehicles in the factory for more than two years;
(3) Having a technical secondary school education in science and engineering (non-automobile and engineering vehicle majors) or a technician or technician qualification, and having been engaged in the design, manufacture, maintenance, operation, inspection and supervision of motor vehicles in the factory for more than three years.
Fourteenth persons who declare the inspection qualification of aerial ropeway inspectors shall meet one of the following conditions:
(1) Having a college degree or above in mechanical and electrical engineering or the qualification of assistant engineer in lifting and transportation engineering, and having been engaged in the design, manufacture, installation, debugging, maintenance, testing and supervision of aerial ropeways for more than one year;

The administrative license of special equipment inspection and testing personnel shall be subject to the pre-trial system. As an examination institution, the national and provincial examination committees continue to undertake the examination of inspection and testing personnel within the original examination scope. To apply for the qualification of inspection and testing, an application shall be submitted to the corresponding examination institution, which shall examine the applicant's materials in accordance with the requirements of applying for the qualification. The examination institutions shall, after assessing the personnel who meet the registration conditions, send the notice of qualified results to the applicant and report the assessment results to the General Administration of Licensing.
