The current basic salary in Shenzhen is 1,500RMB/month (8 hours*22 days), and overtime is 1.5 times of the normal shift, Saturday and weekends. The overtime pay is 1.5 times of the normal shift on weekdays, 2 times on Saturdays and Sundays, and 3 times of the normal shift on national holidays.
Additionally, Ricoh has its own allowance structure, which includes: seniority, job (type) allowance, and so on.
