Medical institutions should strengthen the management of their own radiation diagnosis and treatment work, regularly check the implementation of laws, regulations and rules on radiation diagnosis and treatment management, and ensure the medical quality and safety of radiation diagnosis and treatment. Medical institutions should conduct pre-evaluation of radiation occupational hazard protection in the feasibility demonstration stage of radiation diagnosis and treatment construction projects. The pre-assessment report shall truthfully describe the construction status of the assessment project; Occupational hazards are classified as serious hazards and radiation diagnosis and treatment construction projects involving sensitive public groups are classified as general hazards. The expert review meeting of the pre-evaluation report may invite the personnel of the health administrative department responsible for project approval to attend as nonvoting delegates, and the participants of the administrative organ shall not be the expert members of the review meeting, and shall not charge related fees.

Article 8 People's governments at all levels shall strengthen the standardization and informatization management of government information resources, strengthen the construction of online government information disclosure platform, promote the integration of government information disclosure platform and government service platform, and improve the online processing level of government information disclosure.
Ninth citizens, legal persons and other organizations have the right to supervise the government information disclosure work of administrative organs, and make criticisms and suggestions.
