What are the principles of membrane switches? Membrane switch consists of what?

Membrane switch working principle:

When the panel layer key is not pressed, the membrane switch is in a conventional state, its upper and lower contacts are disconnected, the isolation layer on the upper and lower lines to isolate the role of; when the panel layer key is pressed, the upper circuit contacts downward deformation, and the lower line reintegrated into the line to make the line conduction, the line after the conduction of the external connecting instrument (substrate) to the signal to realize its corresponding function; when the finger is released, the upper circuit contacts rebound back, the circuit breaks, the circuit triggers a signal. Realize its corresponding function; when the finger release, the upper circuit contacts rebound back, the circuit breaks, the circuit triggers a signal.

Membrane switch composition generally consists of: panel layer, surface adhesive layer, the upper circuit, sandwich layer, the lower circuit, the back of the adhesive layer and so on.

Membrane switches are widely used in a wide range of fields such as medical, industrial control, automation, rail transportation, aviation and marine, network communications, consumer electronics, instrumentation, agricultural machinery, equipment manufacturing. As shown in the figure for reference, a variety of common membrane switch according to the use can also be divided into this classification:

1, capacitive sensing membrane switch

2, touch screen & OCA lamination membrane switch

3, PCB/FPC line membrane switch

4, silicone key membrane switch

5, aluminum membrane switch < /p>

6, outdoor waterproof and anti-ultraviolet switch

7, medical anti-bacteria membrane switch

8, backlight membrane switch
