(7) If the user of the expropriated house has increased the capacity of electricity to 8 kilowatts, the relocation subsidy: 280 yuan/household. If the capacity of electricity has been increased to more than 8 kilowatts (not included), the relocation subsidy fee: 1000 yuan/household.

II. Provisions on non-residential houses

Third, other provisions
1. Items not covered by these provisions shall be implemented in accordance with the Provisions on Compensation, Subsidy and Reward for Expropriation of Houses on State-owned Land in Nanjing (Ningjian Levy Zi [2019] No. 490) and related policy documents.
2. These provisions shall be interpreted by the Bureau of Housing Security and Real Estate of Xuanwu District. 2. These provisions shall be interpreted by the Bureau of Housing Security and Real Estate of Xuanwu District.
