In 1993, COHEN Company, a subsidiary of Hong Kong Yue Yuen Group, established the Dongguan Huangjiang Chengyuan Shoe Materials Factory in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, mainland China, and in 2003 Vietnam Guoyuan Industrial Co., Ltd. was established in Vietnam in July 2016. The tanning technical guidance and consulting services of the two factories are in technical cooperation with Taiwan Guoyuan Leather Industry Co., Ltd. As of December 2006, the total investment in Dongguan Huangjiang Chengyuan Shoe Products Factory has reached 160 million yuan. The factory covers an area of ??74,148 square meters and has an annual production capacity of 70 million square feet; Vietnam Guoyuan Industrial Co., Ltd. It has a land area of ??44,100 square meters and an annual production capacity of 36 million square feet. Our PU leather mainly supplies Nike, Adidas, New Balance, Reebok, K-Swiss, Fila, Timberland and other world-renowned brands. The sports shoes made are exported to the United States, Europe and Asia.

Development and Experimentation

Manufacturing
In recent years, we have continuously introduced new production technologies and machinery and equipment. So far we have eight dry PU production lines (five in Huangjiang, mainland China, and three in Vietnam) , and there are two unique silicone mold operation shower screen production lines and an electrostatic flocking production line.
Environmental Protection
Chengyuan has a complete wastewater treatment system. After testing by the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau, it was rated as an enterprise that meets water pollutant emission standards; it has also improved boiler dust collection and waste gas treatment.
