1, a copy of the certificate of overseas Chinese at or above the county level who have returned to China to settle down, including the identity certificates of returned overseas Chinese and their relatives handled by the overseas Chinese affairs department of the county government;
2. A copy of my returned overseas Chinese identity file and the identity certificate issued by my unit. I work in provincial organs, universities and central institutions in Fujian, and the personnel department of the unit issues a certificate; If you work in a unit with districts and cities, a certificate shall be issued by the competent department; If you work in a county-level unit, a certificate shall be issued by the competent personnel department; If there is no work unit, a certificate shall be issued by the township government, street office and police station where the household registration is located;
3. The overseas Chinese affairs department at the place where my household registration is located implements and records the contents of overseas Chinese policy materials for returned overseas Chinese;
4. My original foreign birth certificate, residence certificate or return passport;
5. Household registration files provided by the public security department.
Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Returned Overseas Chinese and Their Families Article 9 The State gives support to enterprises such as farms and forest farms that resettle returned overseas Chinese, and no organization or individual may encroach on the land legally used by them or infringe upon their legitimate rights and interests.
In places where enterprises such as farms and forest farms that resettle returned overseas Chinese are concentrated, schools and medical and health institutions can be set up reasonably according to needs, and the state will help in personnel, equipment and funds.
Article 3 Returned overseas Chinese and their relatives shall enjoy the civil rights and perform the civil obligations stipulated by the Constitution and laws, and no organization or individual may discriminate against them.
According to the actual situation and characteristics of returned overseas Chinese and their relatives, the state shall give them appropriate care, and the specific measures shall be formulated by the relevant competent departments in the State Council or the State Council.
Article 2 Returned overseas Chinese refer to overseas Chinese who have returned to China to settle down. Overseas Chinese refer to China citizens who are designated to live abroad.
Family members of overseas Chinese refer to the families of overseas Chinese and returned overseas Chinese in China.
The family members of overseas Chinese mentioned in this Law include: spouses, parents, children and their spouses, brothers and sisters, grandparents, grandchildren and grandchildren of overseas Chinese and returned overseas Chinese, and other relatives who have long-term support relations with overseas Chinese and returned overseas Chinese.
