Recruitment conditions
Candidates should meet the following basic requirements:

Third, the recruitment process
(1) Registration and qualification examination

3. Registration method: Take the way of on-site registration. When registering, candidates should provide their household registration book, second-generation resident ID card and graduation certificate. If you have obtained a driver's license, you need to provide the original and a copy (the blank on the front of the copy indicates "This copy is consistent with the original, my signature and date"), and candidates in Guyuan County need to bring proof of origin. When applying for a college degree or above, you must check the latest date of the printed version of the electronic registration form (A4 paper) of your academic certificate through the China Higher Education Student Information Network. Fill in the Registration Form for the Recruitment of Labor Dispatchers in Guyuan County in duplicate, and six recent bareheaded one-inch photos with a blue background (the name and position of the applicant must be indicated on the back of the photos).
Each applicant must pay a registration fee of 100 yuan.
4. (2) Examination
1. Physical fitness test:
The examination subjects are 1000m running and standing long jump, with a single subject score of 50 points and a total score of 100. Rank according to physical fitness test scores from high to low. After the physical fitness test, the candidates for the interview will be determined according to the recruitment plan and physical fitness test results, and all the candidates with the last physical fitness test results will participate in the interview. Applicants must take the physical fitness test notice and the original ID card at the same time when taking the physical fitness test, otherwise they may not take the physical fitness test.
2. Interview:
The interview refers to the open recruitment method of public institutions and adopts a structured interview, with full score of 100. The interview was organized by Yimin Labor Dispatching Company in Guyuan County. Applicants must bring the interview notice and the original ID card at the same time when attending the interview, otherwise they may not participate in the interview.
3. Comprehensive achievements:
Comprehensive score = physical fitness test score ×50%+ interview score ×50%.
(3) Physical examination
According to the grades from high to low, the physical examination personnel are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1. When the comprehensive scores are tied, priority is given to those with higher academic qualifications; In the case of the same educational background, people with high physical fitness test scores are preferred. The physical examination shall be organized by the company in a unified way, with reference to the Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants. The specific time will be notified separately, and the medical expenses will be taken care of by themselves. If the medical examination fails, it will be replenished according to the comprehensive score from high to low.
(4) Review
After the physical examination, the qualified personnel shall be re-examined. Those who fail the second interview will be replenished in turn.
(5) Publicity
According to the examination results, physical examination and review, the candidates to be hired are determined, and the list of candidates to be hired is publicized by the dispatching company.
Four. Labor contracts and wages
The proposed employee who has no objection after publicity shall sign a two-year employment contract with the labor dispatch company. According to the relevant policies and regulations, the employed personnel will be given a probation period, which will be combined and calculated within the term of the employment contract (those who fail to pass the probation period will be disqualified and will be replenished in turn according to their comprehensive scores). During the contract period, the salary of the recruiter is basic salary+performance salary, the basic salary is 1080 yuan, and the average monthly performance salary is 600 yuan, which will be paid by the employing unit after examination, and the dispatching company will pay five insurances according to relevant national, provincial and municipal policies and regulations and enterprise insurance. After taking up the post, the squadron leader will be selected according to his performance, and his salary will be increased by 200 yuan/month. A driver with a driving license of Grade B or above will be selected as the driver, and his salary will be increased by 200 yuan/month.
Special reminder:
Emergency rescue team members are on duty 24 hours a day, referring to the semi-militarized management of the county fire rescue brigade throughout the year.
Anyone who fails to participate in physical fitness test, interview, physical examination, contract signing and pre-job training on time within the specified time shall be deemed to have given up registration automatically.
Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. In any link, candidates who do not meet the recruitment conditions and practice fraud will be disqualified. If the problem is serious, they will be investigated for their corresponding responsibilities.
