Chapter II Appraisal Responsibilities and Procedures

Chapter III Task Indicators

Chapter IV Target Costs
Article 14 Strengthen the target cost management. 8, appraisal procedures

Chapter VII Supplementary Provisions
Article 24 If the monthly or annual production plan needs to be adjusted for any reason, it should be adjusted first by the plant to submit a report on the application of the plan, which should be submitted to the Ministry of Production and Technology for review and report to the supervisor for approval before it is implemented. Article 25 The production cost of each plant, tons of wage content, need to be adjusted for any reason, should be proposed by the plant (or the Ministry of Finance) to adjust the program, reviewed by the Ministry of Finance and reported to the leadership in charge of the approval, before implementation.
