Radiation protection management system
In order to protect the health and safety of personnel engaged in radiological work and public health and safety, to protect the environment, and to promote the application and development of radioisotopes and radiation technology, according to the "Regulations on the Protection of Radioisotopes and Radiation Devices," "radiation work, health care management measures" and other relevant provisions of the formulation of the system:
One, engaged in the use of radiation devices before
I. Before engaging in the use of radiation devices, must apply to the health administrative department for permission to receive a license registration certificate before engaging in radiation work within the scope of the license registration.
Second, the establishment of radiation protection responsibility system, with full-time (part-time) radiation protection management personnel, the establishment of radiation work management files.

Four, the purchase of radioisotopes, radioisotope-containing equipment, should be prior to the administrative department of health for the approval of the purchase, with the approval of the purchase of radioisotopes for the order, purchase and transportation procedures.
Fifth, the use of radiation for diagnosis, treatment, inspection of the examinee, must strictly control the amount of irradiation, <br> to avoid all unnecessary irradiation. Medical irradiation of pregnant women and young children should be informed in advance of the impact on health.
Sixth, must strictly implement the national radiation workers dose monitoring and health regulations, has been engaged in and ready to engage in radiological work of the personnel, must be subjected to physical examination, and receive radiation protection knowledge training and education on regulations, qualified before engaging in radiological work.
Seven, the occurrence or discovery of radiation accidents units and individuals, the issue must be as soon as possible to the health administrative department, the public security organs to report, at the latest not more than twenty-four hours, the accident unit should do a good job of emergency response, within twenty-four hours to report the "Radiation Accident Report Card"
