Training on the Road——Memory of the 2019 summer training in the ethics and rule of law subjects of Taishan Experimental Middle School

It’s July, and it’s another year of remote training! On the morning of July 18, 2019, the summer remote training kicked off on time! The teachers of our subject group arrived at the office on time and quickly integrated into the remote training army with gratitude and passion! On the morning of the first day, we mainly watched two excellent lesson examples "The Meaning of Home" taught by Li Xin from the High School Affiliated to Taishan College and "The Meaning of Home" taught by Teacher Liu Aixia in the observation class, and compared the two lessons. In teaching and research exchanges, both teachers have their own strengths and weaknesses, and both have fully prepared lessons and handled every detail! The teachers who listened to our class were also moved by it. Together with the two teachers, they recalled their own homes and appreciated the meaning of home!

In the afternoon, I watched the lesson examples "Exercising Rights in accordance with the Law" and "Who am I Responsible to and Who is Responsible to Me" and Teacher Li Jianquan's "Invite Me to Collective Life". The three lesson examples all showed the teacher's profound teaching. The foundation and superb teaching skills, especially this class of Teacher Li, the content is clear, the structure is reasonable, and it is step-by-step, we have to sigh that Teacher Li is really young and promising!

On the second day of the training, everyone was still enthusiastic and came to the office early for training, exchange and learning! Xunzi said, "If you don't accumulate small steps, you can't reach a thousand miles; if you don't accumulate small streams, you can't become a river or a sea." Using the opposite meaning, if you go step by step, you can reach a place thousands of miles away. Remote training is undoubtedly the best way to help every education colleague join forces and make progress!

Training carries the hope of teachers’ growth. Whether you are a young teacher or a senior teacher, you can absorb nutrients from this fertile soil of training to help you thrive in the vast field of education! Come July, let’s hit the road together and keep moving forward with a smile!
