Vehicles from other provinces coming to Kyrgyzstan to transport emergency supplies such as disinfection drugs, medical rescue equipment and equipment required for epidemic prevention and control must go to the local provincial transportation department to apply for an "Emergency Transport Pass" in a timely manner according to regulations.
