Safety and the continuation of the human race must be guaranteed until the Immigration Program is successful, or until the disaster encountered in the Immigration Program has a corresponding solution in the simulated world of the Sanctuary.

Section VIII Fang Fang

Fang Fang's awakening a **** three times. The time of the first awakening was not monitored by the shelter's AI, and certainly would not appear inside the evidence of a criminal record. Fang Fang did not deny it, but the lack of evidence crimes and motives of the behavior is impossible to be accused by the system. Because of the system's uninformed performance on this matter, Fang Fang could only guess on her own that the time of that awakening was too short, the speed of re-accessing to A Zim was too fast, and even Fang Fang herself had not been able to take a look at what kind of container her body had been placed in after waking up, and whether or not her limbs had developed into the appearance of a young girl inside of A Zim, and whether or not she had worn that yellow dress.

Fangfang, who was born in the city of Cygnus in the country of Sino*** and, since childhood, has been a fat girl. The lotus root like limbs were very pleasing to the eye. Like all girls, Fangfang grew up worshipping the heroes of ****he country. Dad became a hero during the war with the Federation. But after that Fang Fang never saw her dad again. As the daughter of a hero, Fangfang was raised by her mother alone, and the ****he country's Committee for the Passing on of the Martyrs (a private charity organization) and the government of the ****he country provided her family with impeccable care. Phuong Phuong grew up like a little princess. At the age of nine, Fangfang suddenly became less chubby, although the baby fat on her face was still there, her limbs and body were pinched and molded by big hands that year, just like clay, and all of a sudden she had the appearance of a pavilion. On her birthday, Fangfang, wearing a beautiful new yellow dress, was surrounded by her classmates, teachers, and local representatives of the army, and was given the opportunity to pay her respects to the war hero.

It wasn't long ago **** that the handsome Lieutenant Yuanjie was wounded in the battle between the Kazoku and the Amu Federation. The second son of the Yuan family, who was already a frequent presence in publicity pictures, became the target of many young girls who wanted to take advantage of their condolences to meet their honors. Fang Fang's special status gives her this opportunity that everyone aspires to. Yuan Jie was mutated after being exposed to Ether radiation, just like Fang Fang's father. But Yuan Jie didn't die soon, only the mutation left him in agony and his body was inhuman. After more than two months of rescue and treatment, his condition finally stabilized to convalesce at the Logistics General Hospital in Green Bird City.

After all, it is a patient in convalescence, can have a chance to receive condolences is quite rare. And only Fangfang can go alone, the people who accompanied her to the hall outside the intensive care ward to see Fangfang alone, holding a beautiful flower, high and happy into the intensive care ward.

After two hours of waiting anxiously in the hall, Fangfang finally came out. The flowers could not be left there, they could be dangerous to the patient. In fact, the real meeting process is less than twenty minutes. But this special case, in and out of the strict disinfection check, change protective clothing, so the time is generally extraordinarily long. This is for the protection of the patient as well as the visitors. Classmates and friends are anxious to go forward, wanting to ask Yuanjie what it looks like ah, what has been said ah. Fangfang looked tired and said nothing. When leaving Fangfang threw the flowers into the trash can by the front door.

After that, Fangfang became unlike a child of her age. She studied almost frantically hard and paid special attention to physical exercise. The children's fun disappeared from Fangfang's world at the same time. Mom sometimes worried about this abnormality of Fangfang, and many times wanted to take Fangfang to a trip or a playground, but Fangfang refused, preferring to go to the library to read books. At the same time, seeing that Fangfang didn't become eccentric because she was buried in her studies and was always praised by her school for her excellent grades, her mother let her go. Occasionally, when Fangfang, who was still reading late at night, was asked, she would say, "I'm going to use my best grades to earn the opportunity to go abroad for research, to go to the Federation's libraries, to the Kingdom's prehistoric sanctuary, and even to go to the dungeon at the Holy Mountain in the north. This world has big secrets.

Many people believe that Fangfang was y touched by the hero's deeds and the image of the wounded hero after consoling the battle hero. From then on it was such a good thing to be motivated to study in order to contribute to **** and the country or even the whole continent of humanity. No one but her mom ever really worried about her. No one but herself knew what happened in those two hours in the intensive care unit.

The first unrecorded awakening was then, an undetected random signal.

At the age of thirteen, Fang enrolled in **** and the country's finest Shakyo State University. Outstanding performer, she was soon given the opportunity to go on study tours around the continent. She exchanged various doctrines and discoveries with many renowned scholars in the Eastern Federation and the Amu Federation. Of course, during the process Fang Fang continued to listen more and talk less. She actually wanted to figure out what the real reason for that awakening was, but she never mentioned it in her exchanges. At the age of fifteen, she followed an expedition that explored several of the kingdom's monuments on an expedition that was fascinated by the wreckage of the Dwarves in the Legendary Era that transcended prehistoric technology, and the broken plinths of those incredible institutions solidified her idea that the world wasn't meant to be this way.

Amidst the literature of the major libraries, Fang discovers that there are two distinct views of the origins of all civilization and humanity on the world of Argivem. The first originated from the fluctuations of the Ether. Three epochs ago roughly hundreds of millions of years, civilizations outside of Argivem had visited. For some unknown reason a large number of sacred mountains were left behind in the northern hemisphere of Argivem. It was speculated that it might have been a cosmic level resource gathering activity, where many planets similar to Arnhem were placed with holy mountains, and many planets were concentrated in the vicinity of a certain civilization for easy gathering through the jetting of the holy mountains. And A Giving M was one of the ones that got lost in the removal, and due to the large number of them, the civilization on the gathering side didn't care about the small iron balls that got scattered in the middle of the process. The ageing Holy Mountain caused an Etheric fluctuation near the planet of Argivem. Originally, it was impossible to generate Ether fluctuations from the normal operation of the Holy Mountain, but the Holy Mountain that generated the propulsive energy generated Ether that didn't exist in the first place when it was left unmanaged. It was these Etheric fluctuations that caused the rapid reorganization and evolution of the organic matter around the Holy Mountain, and life was born.

The other view, however, does not document the existence of Ether at all. Most of the archaeological proper that has no Etheric viewpoint to fall back on occurs in places on the edge of continents. Many are in the vicinity of large craters caused by Ebonite meteorites that fell from the sky, and some have drifted in from the sea. This view is based on the idea that there is a true vacuum in the universe where Archenemy is located, and that there is no Ether filling all the places. Much of the energy wave transfer is possible with itself as the medium of propagation. They assert that if the Ether caused the molecular reorganization, then the birth of life should have occurred within three epochs and could not have taken that long. And that all Ether captured to date has been encapsulated with the technology of prehistoric demonic civilizations. The Ether that pervades the void state throughout the universe has never been discovered. It was only after the discovery in an experiment at the beginning of the Third Age that the speed of light reflected back from the second sun approaching Argive was different from that of the second sun moving away from Argive, and that the speed of the Ether waves was constant, that the idea was instantly extinguished on the stage of history.

Fang is not satisfied with these explanations. The big problem lies in the fact that, if it's fast enough, after catching up with the Ether, the light-speed flow of time becomes reversible. But no one from the future had ever been seen to come to the rescue of the Etheric winds raging north of Argivem. It didn't seem to Fang that Arnhem had originated from Ether fluctuations brought on by aliens or from a long natural evolution. The Ether is like a grid on a chessboard that frames the entire universe.

Years later, at the age of eighteen, Fangfang once again searches for a mutant with the same symptoms as Yuanjie, and visits the patient alone as a scholar. And the first crime detected by the shelter AI was this one.

It was this time that after waking up, Fang Fang found herself naked and suspended in a murky gel. The thin tubes sticking out of his body and the thick tubes leading into his nine orifices, which Fang learned after serving his sentence, were life support devices for the organism. The Argivem was just a virtual universe, a mass of living beings and minds all just living in a steel cabinet of little blinking lights. The Ether is just a metronome that resembles a little light that blinks so fast that you can't see the blinking.

After being sentenced, Fang was first put through the basics. The Sanctuary's AIs are essentially machines designed to keep the Algaeum system functioning and the human mind surviving safe. They would not easily kill the human who had jumped out of the world of Argivem; instead, some necessary hardware maintenance work needed to be carried out by such a small number of awakened humans (and the majority of those who had reproduced in the Refuge). However, in order to maximize the use of resources, this part of the number of humans living and breathing in the sanctuary must receive control. After a period of maintenance work, the awakened people will rebuild a human embryo through genetic replication and reintroduce it into the world of Algaeum. The entities in the sanctuary had also agreed to such a process after understanding such a need and negotiating with the system on conditions that would favor the survival advantage of the reintroduction. After all, it was for the sake of the survival of all mankind and their own happiness after re-entering the world of Arnim. This process is the initialization.

In fact, for the native inhabitants of the sanctuary, the AI is still their servant. But there are some basic laws that have been passed down through the generations that keep these native inhabitants from endangering the life of the world of Arzim. Because the life that survives in the sanctuary is limited in life span, which can be used to control the population, and at the same time, it is also determined by its own biological familiarity. And finally before dying of old age again, most people still expect to be able to enter the world of Arzim with the favorable conditions given by the system to continue that soul's existence. Due to the difference in the speed of time passing, and also due to the technology of genetically replicating the human body, the last remnant of the life span to the middle of Arnhem can almost turn into eternity.

After an initial study of the history of Sanctuary and Earth, Fang began his time in prison after learning some of the scientific and technological attempts and computer maintenance techniques of this realistic Sanctuary world. At the end of her sentence, the initialized Fangfang will return to Arzim and live a much easier and happier life than the rest of the Arzim people.

One day, shortly after Fang had officially entered the workforce, an aboriginal lad was eating his lunch (just clocking in at lunch time, the shelter was underground and most people weren't sure if it was noon.) leaned over to her side and said to him, would you like to go out and have a look around? Quietly, of course.

Fang was a little surprised and almost screamed, but composed herself eating her bowl of food and asked back softly, you can go out? The boy replied that she could, he was the one who maintained the ventilation equipment. Although the air in the shelter was circulated internally, there was still a device to make up air from the outside. On the one hand, it saves oxygen storage and filtration and purification devices, and on the other hand, regular samples are taken to determine the conditions outside the shelter. The reason for not installing cameras outside the shelter is unknown at first.

It's true that the maintenance work was not too busy, so Fang Fang made an appointment with this young man, Hu Jiacheng, to meet her at the ventilation ducts during her work hours during a bathroom break.

The boy's action is very fast, before Fangfang came to an exhaust duct inside all the filtering of the protective net are removed clean. The ones furthest out were steel plate welded shutters. It didn't really go out, but it was enough. Fangfang, who was lying in the duct, could see outside through the gaps in the shutters and the leaves hanging outside, and there was green grass on the sun-splashed earth, and even a faint glimpse of the pale blue sky through the grass and the distant trees. Fang was drunk, from the moment she climbed into the pipe the air made her feel slightly tipsy. And the sight she saw straight away left her completely disoriented. Though she had seen similar landscapes for more than a decade in Algaeum, now she knew that this was the real thing. And right now, she was no longer in the mood to stop, pay attention to aka go along with what Hujaratsu was doing to her, only to be able to see one more glimpse of the real world. As for what you, a man, can do and what you want to do, as long as it does not bother me to look outside, Fangfang thought so.

The boy was moving fast.

Thirty minutes later Fangfang returned to her post, and the surveillance had already begun to alarm. The flushed face and messy hair just helped her explain to the system what she had done in the restroom that she didn't want anyone to find out. Soon the alarm was deactivated. After that, in order to get to see the weather outside more often, Phuong would often pretend to enjoy herself to go along with Hujarat. Fangfang saw real rain, real snow, and real stars. But it wasn't long before Hu Jiacheng seemed to get tired of playing and started taking other girls to see the stars. The good thing is that the shelter's reproduction is strictly limited, Hu Jiacheng just happens to be the type that does not get the target, and because of the many violations of the mating behavior has long been very benevolent to remove the function of reproduction, although the mechanical function and desire are retained, which is also the benevolence of the shelter's life technology.

Fang doesn't hold a grudge against Hu Jiacheng, except for the time she saw him accidentally short out a redundant power supply while taking another girl to see the world. Smoke billowed from the charred insulation casing, and after the alarm the personnel on duty ducked into the break room to isolate themselves, but Hu Jiacheng and the girl didn't return, and the shelter's surveillance didn't find them. Strong exhaust ventilation emptied all the air from the work area, and after the overhaul robots were sent to deal with the engine room that was on fire, the shelter was replenished with enough air. That same day, someone else, a native shelter resident, was assigned to that position in the ventilation system, and installed the removed isolation and filters back in place. Everything returned to business as usual, and Hu Jiacheng and his girl finally left the underground shelter as they wished. Oh, it's just like you said, going outside, Fang thought.

But the biggest doubt this incident gave Fang Fang was that the outside world didn't match the shelter's AI's basic curriculum. Obviously the outside of the planet was so beautiful and suitable, why did humans have to hide in the iron cabinets of this dank basement to go and survive like this? In the past two years, Fangfang had utilized all the "resources" available to her, and "y communicated" with a large number of native male residents working and living in the refuge, and obtained access to some information and books. Whenever she was free, she would lie down on the desk of the administrator of the data room, letting that lewd bald man do whatever he wanted behind her back, and she would only concentrate on studying those materials that she would not have had the chance to access as a criminal, but which were not against the law. Gradually, after explaining to the alarm system again and again how she had strong and frequent desires that needed to be "solved", the picture of the horror trap in the "Miracle Migration Program" and "Program Deviation Supplement: Sanctuary Forty-Seven (Accelerated Simulation of the Virtual World)" was clearly shown in Fang's mind.

It's an unsolvable cycle, and the AI of Sanctuary is expected to break out of it unless it redefines its core. But that core was solidified, unchangeable, in tandem with the whole of Argivem and the sealed doors of the sanctuary. Couldn't any of those other silly girls who'd gone to see the stars with Hujarat think of that? Of course, Fang didn't expect Hu Jiacheng, the castrated scum of the earth, to think of it.

The native inhabitants of the religion-like belief in sanctuary and virtual Algivem as paradise shouldn't even think of it, or don't want to think about it. The only way to take back the outside world is to go back into the middle of Argivem and find those who believe in them, strong, intelligent people to come together in the sanctuary and take back the outside world. Thankfully, there were people who thought like Fang Fang among the native inhabitants of the refuge. Liu Tinggang is one such person. He is indeed different from the other men of the refuge, and after his first interaction with Fang Fang, he voices his desire to go outside. Fangfang is cautious and pretends that she knows nothing but just wants to find a man to cuddle with. Liu Tinggang's low, gentle voice said to her, "That's my whimsy. Maybe pull all the people living in those maintenance pods out of the virtual world, maybe they know some advanced technology, or magic. Then we could just blow the doors of the shelter open ...... or we could hack the administrator's system to get him to open them. And the world outside is definitely more beautiful than inside the virtual world!" And when Fangfang was alone with Liu Tinggang for the second time, he actually didn't do those things that men are anxious to finish, and spent the whole hour of the release time talking to Fangfang about his fantasies about the world and the details of how to break into the computer system. The third time also ...... the fourth time also ...... finally Fang Fang believed. She said, "It is almost impossible to directly attack the shelter management system." Liu Tinggang froze, it turned out that this prisoner had listened to his own ranting. "Oh? Then we have to blow up the gate? Knowing that even the excrement and detergent are automatically managed and monitored by the AI, creating explosives is simply impossible." Liu Tinggang said with a smile. Fang Fang said, "There needs to be more of them, and then we can figure it out again." Liu Lingang said, "People are in the virtual world." Fang Fang says, "It shouldn't be too hard to hack into Algaeum. Aren't all the native people in your sanctuary able to get in?" Liu Tinggang said, "Yes, when enjoying the unique eternal life before death vacation. Otherwise it's all about being initialized." "Don't you have to before you die?" "After the consciousness is replicated before death, the physical body and brain in the sanctuary will soon die as well. Eventually that consciousness will become a complete ghost of the virtual world. Even if it goes in with the memories of the sanctuary, but with the loss of its original brain, it spends decades growing into an adult inside the virtual world, and all those memories become nothing more than blurry dreams from a previous life." "No wonder so many people have weird dreams!" Fang Fang said thoughtfully. Liu Tinggang continued, "And those souls without physical bodies will eventually turn into a period of contented, happy and conformist signaling inside the computer world. That's heaven, no pain, no accidents, no sudden desires, no unreasonable thoughts ......" "What about the prisoners who have finished serving their sentences?" "Initialization yeah. Although after going back you retain the memories and body ...... and identity that you had before you came out, the you in the life-support capsule is just a baby that was conceived from an embryo and has no memory of being in the shelter. The use is only to provide a constant stream of true random signals to your character in the "A Gimme"." As he said that, Liu Tinggang seemed to be very happy because of the unprecedented communication with Fangfang, kissed Fangfang's cheek in his arms, and deliberately used the "A Gimme" that the criminal was used to to refer to the virtual world. The initialization process is a huge loophole. Therefore, it is possible for a native to enter Arnhem when he is strong and healthy. However, when a native enters, he does not have a matching role in Arnhem. And because of the existence of the Ether in the Arnhem, the person entering the world can choose to enter the system at any time after the original character goes offline. But the native person is the reason why there is no original character, and can enter the world node of Algaeum at almost any time in its archive to become a new being. This is where the problem comes in, if it's not determined to enter and never come back out again, then if the Progenitor enters twice in reverse chronological order, it creates two completely different worlds of Argivem back in the day. This would double the load on the sanctuary's Argivem servers the instant he entered a second time to an earlier time. Perhaps once was affordable; after all, the Argivem's servers were a system of quantum computers, and legend had it that someone at Sanctuary had done it decades ago. But twice, three times, dozens, hundreds? Definitely not, otherwise the mechanism of birth limitation wouldn't have been set in the Refuge's system in the early days of its establishment.

But switching prisoners out of Algaeum is a completely different story. While the servers don't immediately put the entire world on pause just because a character goes offline, all the possibilities about a few bit changes in the memory of a quantum state run can be included in the calculations. As long as the time to return again is online at a time after the character was last offline, the total amount of computation is always limited, and since it's all in memory rather than in the external memory or in the brain of the other user who went offline (which also belongs to the external memory), relocating to that moment to continue the world of Arzim is instantaneously doable. However, due to some accidents due to hardware problems, such as an aging connection line to a group of servers or an external force, which can also cause a user to wake up from being offline from Argivem, this error can occur when more than one terminal is suddenly offline. The monitoring system will naturally stop the process of the world of Argivem temporarily when it realizes that problems are occurring in multiple terminals. But the people in the world wouldn't realize the pause. The resumption afterwards would also start after initializing those offline users.

Depending on the crime, often the point in time to be sent back inside of Argivem is the point after the normal passage of time according to the world of Argivem, and there is absolutely no need to locate an earlier time to start over, and a form of punishment for felons. *(This would bring another kind of disaster, see The Legend of Argivem Volume 3 The Apostle's Scroll)

And so, Fang really did make it. Returning to the midst of the world of Argivem with uninitialized memories. In order to stay as unnoticed by the system as possible, Fang Fang didn't use a life-supporting pod, but just linked a cracked virtual reality terminal inside a compartment in Liu Jinggang's house. And without choosing a time point, she just merged into the running world of Algaeum. Liu Xingang then agreed with Fangfang that after sending Fangfang back to A Gimme, he would keep monitoring here at the terminal. Because time passes quickly in the virtual world, Liu Jinggang expected that he only needed to wait for a few minutes, until Fangfang had located a body in Algiers that was unconscious but not judged dead, Liu Jinggang would immediately go online and replicate his own consciousness into this character's brain, becoming a character similar to the "Prophet Possessed", in order to help Fangfang. Together, they will liberate the people in Algiers who believe in the real world outside. How to make a person's consciousness die but not his body in Arnhem, Fangfang, who is familiar with all kinds of ancient books, knows very well that the Blackjack, which is burned red by the flame of the Ether, is undoubtedly the most suitable props (since the Blackjack is made of Epoxy Nickel, it can only be heated by the flame of the Ether). Few people know that Blackjack, which can make people sleep beautifully, will have the power to suck out souls after being burned red. It just so happens that the Blackjack was in the "Museum of the Last Human Thief" in the northern part of Sinoe before Fang hibernated. That is the country of Sino proudly declared to the whole continent in the **** and the country of all the people of the **** together under the governance of the country of Sino mainly human **** and the country of the complete elimination of the "thieves" as a despicable profession that has been passed down through the ages. Whether or not it has actually been eliminated, we can probably tell by listening to the saying that has been passed down among the simple fallacious people. "Tiptoe, tiptoe, tiptoe, human beings like to sneak. Just take what you want!"

Due to numerous accidents over a two-year period, maintenance was suspended many times in Arzim. Once again returning to Argivem Fang did not go to the middle of the tomb eight hundred years later, but simply came to the middle of the Changning City Martyrs' Sanatorium in the center of the Xeno country roughly two hundred years later. The war had ended two hundred years ago.

Two hundred years ago, Fangfang was brutalized by a mutant patient while interacting with him, and then injured and lost consciousness. That patient was also killed on the spot due to his uncontrollable behavior. Just as the behavior of psychiatric patients was uncontrollable, the question of whether or not such extreme measures could be taken against mutant patients caused heated discussions throughout the country and even half of the continent of Adjam at the time. However, the final explanation of the department that carried out the rescue operation was that the situation was critical, and the out-of-control mutant patient and could have caused great damage to all the surrounding people and property. After trying all the non-lethal weapons at hand, and then using conventional firearms to attack the limbs and torso were ineffective before using the Ixbalo to blow up the patient. This heated debate lasted for three full years, and the commanding officer who carried out the operation and the team that specifically operated the demolition were brought before the court of public trial on several occasions. After a few more years, all that is remembered is that the mutant went crazy and a martyred little girl was miserable.

Fang Fang due to the special identity, coupled with excellent performance during the university is very much valued by all sides. After months of convalescence after losing consciousness or no sign of waking up, the National Institute of Medical and Health Research activated the hibernation chamber just brought back from the Cyberian Expedition's Sacred Mountain Dungeon Expedition, as assigned by the government, to preserve the beautiful, unfortunate girl.

"This world is not real, we should get out." "These are virtual numbers in an iron box!" When she woke up, Fang was still very weak, but had already begun to talk like this every day with the doctors, nurses, caregivers and convalescents around her. But apparently no one took her words seriously. The doctor in charge of her went through the files after she had already received the news of her awakening, and sympathized with her when he learned what she had been through before hibernation. There is no family can notify the case, he told the relevant staff, although the girl woke up, is a miracle, but it should be the previous things to give her too much stimulation crazy, as far as possible do not let the media publicity, so as not to be harassed to affect the recovery.

As for the hibernator awakening, in two hundred years also with the Holy Mountain Dungeon archaeological discoveries and related technology research become not rare. Therefore, they were prepared to let this poor girl enjoy a peaceful life here.

But Fang couldn't possibly stop like that. A week later, the sanatorium realizes she's gone. A month later, the theft of the "Museum of the Last Human Thief" becomes a big joke that spreads across the country.

After that, Fang continued westward, looking for a place where Etheric flames could be emitted. Typically, a demon that uses Etheric energy often will be able to find a way to make Etheric Flames. And the team chasing the thieves locked onto Fang Fang's whereabouts. However, after leaving the country of Sinoe, the officials didn't dare to ask other countries to capture a human thief because they claimed that the "last human thief" had completely disappeared, so the pursuit team had a hard time. But it didn't take long for the team to get Blackjack in triumph and not capture Fang Fang. So what is the relationship between this recovered Blackjack and the large number of imitation artifacts Blackjack that appeared in the three unregulated areas after the war?
