The hazardous waste management units applying for permits from the State Environmental Protection Administration include:

Application requirements:
1. 3 or more environmental engineering or related professional title of intermediate or above, and more than 3 years of experience in solid waste pollution control of technical personnel;

Approval Procedures:
The unit applying for the hazardous waste license (hereinafter referred to as the applicant) applies directly to the State Environmental Protection Administration.
The Solid Division of the Pollution Control Department of the State Environmental Protection Administration is responsible for accepting the application materials for the hazardous waste business license. The applicant shall send the application materials directly to the Solid Division by mail or other means.

Processing time limit:
SEPA will review the supporting materials submitted by the applicant within 20 working days from the date of acceptance of the application and conduct on-site verification of the applicant's operating facilities.
