1. die installation:

(1) Installation of the lower punch

Loosen the lower punch fixing screw, rotate the large belt wheel to make the lower punch mandrel to the highest position, insert the lower punch into the hole of the lower punch mandrel (pay attention to make the lower punch). Insert the downstroke into the hole of the downstroke core rod (pay attention to make the notch of the downstroke rod beveled against the downstroke fastening screw, and insert it to the end) and finally tighten the downstroke fixing screw.

(2) Installation of the upper punch

Loosen the upper punch fastening nut, insert the upper punch into the hole of the upper punch mandrel, to the end, and tighten the upper punch fastening nut.

(3) Installation of the center die

Screw the center die fixing screw, put the center die into the hole of the center die plate, and at the same time, make the lower punch enter into the hole of the center die, and press it to the end, and then tighten the fixing screw of the center die. 2. Adjustment of the piece

Turn the big pulley to make the lower punch to the highest position, observe whether the lower punch surface and the plane of the middle mold (or high or low will affect the piece) if not, then loosen the butterfly screws, loosen the gear pressure plate and turn the upper adjusting gear, so that the lower punch surface and the plane of the middle mold, and then press the pressure plate on, tighten the butterfly screws.

3. Adjustment of filling depth (i.e., adjustment of tablet weight)

4. Pressure adjustment (that is, the adjustment of tablet hardness)

(1) disassembly of the upper punch

(2) Disassemble the middle mold

1. middle mold plate

4. Big pulley, pinion and overshaft

Disassembly: Put down the triangle belt, turn down the left and right screws of the overshaft and the pressure plate, tap the big pulley with a wooden hammer to remove it, pull out the overshaft, and then tap the pinion with a wooden hammer to remove it.

5. Spindle:

Disassembly: disassembly of the spindle should be carried out by two people. First remove the shield, then remove the large gear, loosen the lifting cam and eccentric wheel, fastening screws.
