Decision on the Cancellation and Adjustment of Non-Administrative License Approval and Registration Items
In order to y implement the requirements of the State Council on the transformation of government functions and the provincial party committee and provincial government on the strengthening of administrative efficiency of the organs, and in accordance with the "Chengdu Non-Administrative License Approval and Registration Provisions" (Municipal Government Decree No. 149), Chengdu Municipal Government carried out a centralized clean-up of non-administrative license approval and registration items implemented by various municipal departments. Registration matters were centrally cleaned up. After examination and justification in accordance with the law, the municipal government decided to announce the continuation of the implementation of the non-administrative licensing approval program 137 items, registration of 14 items; cancellation of non-administrative licensing approval and registration of 91 items; adjustment of non-administrative licensing approval program 133 items, of which, adjusted to be entrusted by the higher administrative organs to implement the review of the 19 items; decentralization of the management level, adjusted to the implementation of the 22 items of the district (city) and county departments, adjusted to the administrative organs not to review the informative filing of the 15 items of the 15 items of the 15 items. 15 items of informative filing that do not require review by administrative organs, 21 items adjusted to regulatory measures, 26 items adjusted to provide services according to the requirements of the parties concerned, and 30 items adjusted to links in the implementation of other administrative approvals and not separately as approval items.

Any non-administrative approval and registration matters not entered into the directory, the departments shall not organize the implementation.?
