Does notice of medical examination equal admission?

A physical notice is not necessarily an offer of employment.

Generally, it is only when there is an intention to hire that you will be asked to do a physical examination. After the physical examination, the report will be submitted to the human resources, and if the results of the physical examination meet the requirements of the company, the labor contract will be formally signed. This is considered to be a formal offer of employment. If the physical examination report fails, you will not be accepted. In addition, the physical examination should go to a regular medical institution and pay attention to the following points before the physical examination:

1, the night before the physical examination should be well rested. If you do not rest well, it will affect the blood sugar, blood lipids and blood pressure values , avoid strenuous exercise and emotional excitement, to ensure adequate sleep, so as not to affect the results of the physical examination;

2, the night before the physical examination do not eat too much greasy, indigestible food, do not drink alcohol. Do not eat canned fruit, do not drink alcohol and overeating, etc., which is easy to cause elevated blood sugar, lipid disorders of the false image;

3, physical examination to wear some loose-fitting clothes, easy to check the body, the lady to do not make up, so as not to affect the detection.

The Interim Provisions on the Management of Health Checkups, Article 4 has the following conditions of medical institutions, can apply for a health checkup.

(a) a relatively independent health checkup place and waiting place, with a total building area of not less than 400 square meters, and each independent examination room using an area of not less than 6 square meters;

(b) registered diagnostic and therapeutic subjects include at least internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, ophthalmology, otorhinolaryngology, stomatology, medical imaging, and medical testing;

(c) At least two practicing physicians with professional and technical post qualifications of deputy high level or above in internal medicine or surgery, and at least one practicing physician with professional and technical post qualifications of intermediate level or above in each clinical examination department;

(iv) At least 10 registered nurses;

(v) Other health technicians to meet the needs of health checkups;

(vi) Have instruments and equipment that meet the requirements for conducting health checkups.

Article IX of the medical institutions to carry out health examinations shall strictly abide by the relevant provisions and norms, and take effective measures to ensure the quality of health examinations.
