We have formulated the "Management Regulations of Oncology Hospital Students" which is suitable for the management of interns in our hospital, set up the "Dormitory Self-Management Committee" as the main self-management of students, and founded the intern periodical "Voice of the Angels", which provides a good platform for the communication of students. At the same time, we care about students in learning and life, hold regular symposiums, and issue holiday fees for interns during major festivals, so that every student can feel the importance and respect of the hospital and the teachers, providing students with a warm and comfortable learning environment, and guaranteeing the continuous improvement of the quality of teaching. In the education of interns, strengthen the training of clinical skills, and pay attention to the cultivation of students' medical humanism, organizing pre-service education and opening relevant lectures, so that students understand that, in the future learning, not only to learn to cure the disease, but also to learn to care for and respect the patient, from a diversified point of view of the relationship between doctors and patients, in order to cultivate a good foundation for the development of a humanistic, innovative and practical ability of the medical students.

VII. Recognition and awards

After the above efforts, our teaching work has made certain achievements.

(1) In 20xx, the hospital won the third prize and the encouragement prize of the Xinjiang Medical University Lecture Competition.

(2) In June 20xx, our hospital won the second and third prizes of the Xinjiang Medical University Multimedia Courseware Competition, and was recommended to win the Ninth National Multimedia Courseware Competition.

(3) In the 20xx annual clinical teaching conference of Xinjiang Medical University, three teachers of our hospital were honored with the title of "Excellent Teaching Teachers of Xinjiang Medical University", and two teaching managers were honored with the title of "Excellent Teaching Managers of Xinjiang Medical University". The hospital has been awarded the title of "Excellent Teaching Teachers of Xinjiang Medical University".

(4) In September 20xx, two teachers from the Clinical Laboratory Teaching and Research Department of the hospital were awarded the titles of "Outstanding Teachers of Xinjiang Medical University for the Years 20xx-20xx" and "Outstanding Young Teachers of Xinjiang Medical University for the Years 20xx-20xx", and were honored by the university.

In the past five years, the Third College of Clinical Medicine, relying on Xinjiang Cancer Hospital and Xinjiang Medical University, has gradually established and perfected the development mode of trinity of medicine, teaching and research, and has played a great role in cultivating high-quality and high-level medical practical talents, especially oncology professionals in Xinjiang. In the future, the teaching work of the Third College of Clinical Medicine will focus on the construction of "quality project", aiming at improving the quality of talent training, insisting on strengthening the monitoring of the basic links of teaching, constantly improving the level of teaching management, giving full play to the specialties of the specialized hospital for oncology, and striving for the cultivation of qualified medical workers.
