How to connect three-phase electricity

Three-phase electricity is widely used in industrial, commercial and household electricity, and its advantage is that it can provide more stable and efficient power supply. For many users, it may be a challenge to connect three-phase electricity correctly. The following is my summary to introduce the wiring method of three-phase electricity in detail to help you complete the wiring work easily.

Before wiring, please make sure that the power supply is turned off and wear insulating gloves and protective glasses. When wiring, please follow the following steps:

1.? Confirm the phase sequence of three-phase electricity. Usually, the phase sequence of three-phase electricity is L 1, L2 and L3, which respectively represent three phases. In China, the color of L 1 phase is yellow, the color of L2 phase is green, and the color of L3 phase is red. Please make sure to connect the wires in the correct color order.

2.? Select the appropriate terminal. Terminals should be matched with power lines and load lines. Ensure that the terminal has good contact performance to facilitate the connection of wires.

3.? Connect the load line. Connect load lines (such as motors, air conditioners and other equipment) to the corresponding terminals respectively. Please ensure that the wiring is firm, so as to avoid loosening and causing equipment failure.

4.? Connect the power cord. Connect the power cord to the corresponding terminals. When wiring, we must follow the principle of "getting angry underground", that is, the live wire (usually red) is above and the zero wire (usually blue) is below. In addition, the terminals should be fastened to ensure good contact.

5.? Check the wiring. After the wiring is completed, turn on the power supply and check whether the equipment is running normally. If there is any abnormality, please disconnect the power supply in time and check whether the wiring is correct.
