Medical institutions purchasing medical equipment, should give full consideration to the cost of supporting the use of medical consumables. The procurement of medical consumables shall be carried out under the effective supervision of the relevant departments and implemented by at least two staff members. Medical institutions and relevant personnel shall not accept funding linked to the procurement of medical consumables, and shall not be allowed to illegally and privately use medical consumables procured without formal procurement procedures. At the same time, medical institutions are encouraged to jointly conduct selection and procurement.
