Sewage treatment What are the common failures and methods of sewage pool deodorization equipment?

Vito Environment’s 100,000 Volt team will give you the answer.

Blower failure analysis and solutions for sewage treatment equipment:

1. Friction between impeller and impeller

(1) There are contaminating impurities on the impeller, causing excessive clearance Small;

(2) The gear is worn, resulting in large backlash;

(3) The gear is not firmly fixed and the impeller cannot be synchronized;

(4) Bearing wear causes increased clearance.

Solution:

(1) Remove dirt and check whether the internal parts are damaged;

(2) Adjust the gear clearance. If there is gear backlash, If the gear is 30% to 50% greater than the average value, the gear should be replaced;

(3) Reassemble the gear to keep the taper matching contact area up to 75%;

(4) Replace the bearing;

(4) Replace the bearing;

2. Impeller and wall panel, impeller top and casing

(1) The installation clearance is incorrect;

(2) The operating pressure is too high and exceeds the specified value ;

(3) The operating temperature is too high;

(4) The casing or base is deformed, and the fan positioning fails;

(5) The bearing axial direction Poor positioning.

Solution:

(1) Readjust the gap;

(2) Find out the cause of overload and reduce the pressure to the specified value;

(3) Check the installation accuracy and reduce the pipe tension;

(4) Check and repair the bearings and ensure the clearance.

3. The temperature is too high

(1) There is too much oil in the fuel tank, it is too thick and dirty;

(2) The filter or muffler is clogged;

(3) The pressure is higher than the specified value;

(4) The impeller is excessively worn and the gap is large;

(5) The ventilation is poor and the indoor temperature is high , causing the inlet temperature to be high;

(6) The operating speed is too low and the belt slips.

Solution:

(1) Lower the oil level or hold the oil;

(2) Clear the blockage;

(3 ) Reduce the pressure difference through the blower;

(4) Repair the gap;

(5) Open ventilation openings to lower the room temperature;

(6) Increase the speed to prevent the belt from slipping.

4. Insufficient flow

(1) The inlet filter is clogged;

(2) The impeller is worn and the gap increases too much;

< p>(3) The belt slips;

(4) The inlet pressure loss is large;

(5) The pipe causes ventilation leakage.

Solution:

(1) Clear the dust and blockage in the filter;

(2) Repair the gap;

( 3) Tighten the belt and increase the number;

(4) Adjust the inlet pressure to the specified value;

(5) Check and repair the pipeline.

5. Oil leakage or oil leaks into the casing

(1) The oil tank is too high and leaks from the oil drain port;

(2) Sealing Wear, causing oil leakage at the shaft end;

(3) The pressure is higher than the specified value;

(4) The vents of the wall panels and oil tanks are blocked, causing oil to leak into the casing. .

Solution:

(1) Lower the oil level;

(2) Replace the seal;

(3) Clear the vents , install a cock with a 2mm hole diameter in the middle cavity, and open the cock under the wall panel;

6. Stop the machine immediately if there is abnormal vibration and noise

(1) The rolling bearing clearance exceeds the specified value or The bearing seat is worn;

(2) The gear backlash is too large, misaligned, and not tightly fixed;

(3) The impeller and the impeller, the impeller and the machine are damaged due to foreign objects and dust. Shell collision;

(4) Impeller collision due to overload and shaft deformation;

(5) Friction between the impeller and the casing inlet due to overheating;

(6) The impeller is out of balance due to scale or foreign matter;

(7) Anchor bolts and other fasteners are loose.

Solution:

(1) Replace the bearing or bearing seat;

(2) Reinstall the gear and ensure the backlash;

(3) Clean the blower and check whether the casing is damaged;

(4) Check the back pressure, check whether the impeller is aligned, and adjust the gap;

(5) Check the filter and back pressure, increase the gap between the impeller and the inlet of the casing;

(6) Clean the impeller and the casing to ensure the working clearance of the impeller;

(7) Tighten the anchor bolts and level the base.

7. Motor overload

(1) Compared with the specified pressure, the pressure difference is large, that is, the back pressure or inlet pressure is too high;

(2) Compared with the flow required by the equipment, the fan flow is too large, so the pressure increases;

(3) The inlet filter is blocked, and the outlet pipe is blocked or blocked;

(4) Rotating parts Collision and friction (stuck);

(5) The oil level is too high;

(6) The narrow V-shaped belt is overheated, vibrating too much, and the pulley is too small.

Solution:

(1) Reduce the pressure to the specified value;

(2) Release the excess gas into the atmosphere or reduce the blower speed;

(3) Remove obstacles;

(4) Stop the machine immediately and check the cause;

(5) Adjust the oil level to the correct position;

(6) Check the belt tension and replace it with a larger diameter pulley.
