Where to check the prospectus for companies submitting IPO filings

According to the rules of the Exchange, before the initial public offering of a company to be listed on the Exchange, the issuer and its principal underwriter shall disclose the main text of the prospectus and some of the appendices and necessary attachments, such as the audit report, legal opinion, the feasibility study report of the proposed investment project, the profit forecast report, if any, and, if the company is established for less than two years, the asset evaluation report, etc., on the website of the Exchange (Shenzhen: www. sse.org.cn; Shanghai: www.sse.com.cn) for disclosure.

Generally, the issuer and its lead underwriter are required to disclose the body of the prospectus and related documents on the Exchange's website by 10:00 a.m. on the day of publication of the summary of the prospectus and are responsible for their content. If the issuer and its lead underwriter have not disclosed the body of the prospectus and related documents on the Exchange's website, they are not allowed to publish the prospectus in the newspapers.
