One, enter the hospital requirements
1, please take the initiative to show the required health code, temperature measurement, the elderly, non-smart phones can not provide a health code, please bring your ID card to register to enter the hospital must be wearing a mask throughout.
2, before entering the outpatient clinic, cooperate with the hospital to conduct epidemiological investigations, truthfully fill in the activities of the whereabouts.
3. When waiting for consultation, taking medicine, paying fees, or going through the procedures of entering and leaving the hospital, please consciously keep a distance of more than one meter from others.
4. Patients with any of the following symptoms: fever, sore throat, malaise, loss of smell/taste, nasal congestion, cough, runny nose, conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhea, patients arriving from intermediate to high-risk areas, and patients with yellow or red codes, please go to the fever clinic according to the pre-screening triage staff.
Second, outpatient management
1, please consciously cooperate with the work of pre-screening and triage, and strictly implement the management of "one doctor, one patient, one consulting room". If there is a special need, you should be accompanied by a family member to enter the clinic. Keep a distance of more than one meter to avoid the gathering of people.
2, in order to reduce cross-infection, the hospital advocates the following:
①waiting for treatment, please take a seat;
② queuing up, please keep a distance of more than 1 meter from other people;
③ after the use of masks, please discard in the collection of medical waste barrel.
Three, ward management
1, during the epidemic prevention and control period, the ward is closed 24 hours a day, fully rejected visits, promote the use of telephone, microblogging, voice, video and other means of condolences.
2, hospitalized patients are limited to one person to accompany, patients and accompanying personnel are required to do nucleic acid test, there are negative results after admission.
3, accompanying personnel must be healthy, no history of living in infected areas, no infectious diseases and mental illness. The accompanying staff will continue to implement the management of "accompanying license", without which they are not allowed to enter the ward. Please obey the management of the ward, do not wander around the ward, do not move around.
4. In order to ensure the health of patients and accompanying staff, please wash your hands diligently, wear a good mask, do not gather, keep a distance of more than 1 meter, and do a good job of self-protection.
5. It is strictly prohibited for take-outs to enter the hospital area.
