My suggestion:
1, there is no need to set the crossover point so much. There are many successful examples of passive crossover bifurcation in HiFi's class, and very few three-way crossovers. I don't think it's necessary to set up an active crossover, not to mention setting up an active crossover. In addition, too many amplifier channels can cause problems such as difficulty in adjusting the volume and a decrease in signal-to-noise ratio.
2, power supply, op amp, current amplifier, screen display circuit shielding and isolation must be done. This requires the production of a suitable size, beautiful and generous electrical bracket and shell, and get the heat well.
3, tuning. Whether the sound is ultimately good, listen to, to a large extent, depends on the level of sound, it is the same with the instrument sound. The same are made of good wood, strings out of the instrument, there is no master tuning, out of the tone is not the same! This involves the crossover point settings, the size and shape of the box, the type of acoustic cotton and the thickness of the paste, the inverted port location and size and so on.
