The office is a brand-new field of work for me. I take advantage of my many years of working in the department, my familiarity with the department and my harmonious interpersonal relationship to actively handle various certificates for the company. Through many efforts, it only took me more than a month to complete the certificate, project procedures, property rights certificates and so on. Give full play to the coordinating role of comprehensive departments. Keep abreast of the situation and provide basis for leadership decision-making. As an enterprise, land delivery is the top priority. Because the demolition is closely related to the development progress of our company, in order to obtain the land as soon as possible, the company set up a land delivery working group. As a member of the team, I used all the favorable resources to take effective measures to communicate with the relevant personnel of the demolition office and other units, and timely fed back the demolition information, work progress and problems I learned to the general manager's office. The leaders of the company grasped the progress of the demolition work in the shortest time, and further arranged the delivery work on this basis.
3. Actively respond to the company's call and conduct in-depth market research. According to the requirements of the company's office meeting, I made a detailed market survey on the current real estate development, housing rental price, market demand and development trend. I went to the departments of land, construction and housing management to learn more about the data indicators of real estate development in recent years, and visited some commercial departments, such as gardens, gardens and residential quarters, to investigate the rental and sale of these properties. At the meeting, Tang, the manager of the branch company, asked all employees to actively participate in the activity and carry it out according to the activity plan. The project executor should complete the activity within a limited time to ensure the smooth development of the activity.

The branch made full use of the opportunity of safety study on Wednesday and Friday, and organized employees, including drivers and car owners, to learn the knowledge about safety production in this book. On June 8 and June 6, respectively, employees were organized to participate in the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and the popularization activities of safety production knowledge for 10,000 employees of industrial and mining enterprises in Baise City. Through the above activities, the party, state and enterprise's safety production guidelines, policies, laws, regulations and popular science knowledge have been vigorously publicized, and employees have been effectively educated in safety knowledge, greatly improving their safety awareness and preventive skills.

During the activity, the sub-bureau organized safety management personnel to inspect roads for 4 times and vehicles 198, mainly to inspect the equipment, rest and service processes of various vehicles and drivers, educate drivers who violate the rules such as overloading, speeding, occupying roads and forcibly overtaking, and correct the violations in time.
