In early 1988, Dr. Liu Jiren, a professor at Northeastern Polytechnic Institute, and two young teachers set up the "Computer Network Engineering Laboratory of the Department of Computer Science" with 30,000 yuan of scientific research funds and three 286 computers.
In 1989, based on the research lab, we started business cooperation with Japan ALPINE Co., Ltd. and tried to export technology and entrust software development business (software outsourcing), and Japan ALPINE Co., Ltd. became Neusoft's first international customer.
In 1990, the "Northeast Institute of Technology Computer Software Research and Development Center" was established, with the slogan of "building a bridge between software research and application".
1991, "Northeastern Polytechnic Institute of Open Software (OPENSOFT) System Development Company" was established; with Japan's ALPINE Co., Ltd. to establish a joint venture "Shenyang Donggong Alpine Software Research Institute (Ltd.).
In 1992, "Northeast Institute of Technology OPENSOFT System Development Company" was transformed into a joint-stock system, and established "Northeast Institute of Technology OPENSOFT System Co.
In 1993, "Northeast Institute of Technology Open Software System Co., Ltd." and "Shenyang Donggong Alpine Sound Software Research Institute" merged to establish "Shenyang Dongda Alpine Software Co. "Ltd. "Northeastern Institute of Technology Computer Software Research and Development Center" was renamed "Northeastern University Software Center", the center became China's first "National Engineering Research Center for Computer Software".

In 1996, Neusoft and Toshiba established a joint venture called "Tohto System Integration Co. Ltd. was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on June 18, 1996, making Alpine the first listed software company in China.
In 1998, Neusoft officially passed ISO9001 quality certification; Neusoft Group and Shanghai Baosteel (Group) Company established "Baosteel Neusoft Information Industry Company Limited" as a joint venture; "Neusoft Alpine Digital Medical System Co. 1999, Neusoft Software Park (Dalian Campus) was put into operation; CT-C2000 series CT machines of Alpine Digital Medical Systems Co.
In 2000, Dalian Neusoft Institute of Information began to be put into construction; Neusoft Hong Kong was established; Neusoft America was established; Neusoft passed the certification of ISO9001:2000 version.
In 2001, Neusoft implemented the brand integration strategy and unified the "Neusoft/Neusoft" brand; "Neusoft Alpine" was renamed "Neusoft Corporation"; Neusoft Japan was established; Neusoft became the first software company in China to pass the CMM Level 3 assessment.
In 2002, Nanhai College and Chengdu College of Neusoft Institute of Information were put into construction and operation; Neusoft became the first software company in China to pass the CMM5 assessment.
In 2003, Neusoft Group completed its strategic reorganization; Neusoft Software Park Industrial Development Co., Ltd. was established; Neusoft's magnetic *** vibration products passed CE certification.
In 2004, Neusoft Philips Medical Device Systems Co., Ltd. was established; Neusoft passed the CMMI5 assessment and became the first software company in China to obtain CMMI5 level assessment; Neusoft Institute of Information of Northeastern University, an independent college of Northeastern University, was established; Philips invested in Neusoft Group and became a Group; Philips invested in Neusoft Group and became a strategic investor of Neusoft Group.
In 2005, Neusoft unveiled its new logo, advocating the brand proposition of Beyond Technology; Neusoft and Philips jointly invested in the establishment of the Sino-Dutch School of Biomedical and Information Engineering at Northeastern University with Northeastern University and the University of Science and Technology of Eindhoven, the Netherlands***.
In 2006, SAP and Intel invested in Neusoft and became strategic investors. "Neusoft Information Technology Services Co., Ltd. was established and started to enter the BPO business.
In 2007, Neusoft was listed as one of the "Top 100 Global IT Service Providers" for the fourth time and topped the list of "Top 10 Emerging Outsourcing Providers in Asia", and was listed as one of the "Top 100 Global Outsourcing Providers" in the list of "Top 100 Global Outsourcing Providers in 2007" published by IAOP. In the list of "2007 Global Outsourcing 100" published by IAOP, Neusoft entered the top 25 for the first time, and became the only Chinese company among the world's 25 most outstanding outsourcing providers; Neusoft's software talent training base laid the foundation stone in Neusoft Software Park in Shenyang; and Neusoft was honored as one of China's Top Ten Employers in 2006 by CCTV. Neusoft's plan to merge Neusoft Corporation with Neusoft Corporation in a share swap was conditionally approved by the Restructuring Committee of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), which means that Neusoft Corporation's overall listing plan was approved by the CSRC and started to be implemented.
In 2008, Neusoft completed its overall listing plan and released its new development strategy, committing itself to becoming a global provider of outstanding IT solutions and services; Neusoft became the first Chinese software company to pass the PCMM ML3 assessment; and Neusoft's software parks in Hekou, Dalian, and Nanjing R&D bases were inaugurated and put into operation.
In 2009, Neusoft Europe was established; Neusoft officially launched its three flagship products, NeuViz 16 multislice CT, Sparkler 1.5T superconducting magnetic **** vibration imaging system, and Neulife linear gas pedal treatment system; NeuViz 16 and Sparkler 1.5T filled the gaps in China's market for PET; the groundbreaking of Neusoft Shanghai Software R&D Base was held in Shanghai. The foundation stone of Neusoft Shanghai Software R&D Base was laid in Shanghai.
