Chinese medicine filing system clinic application requirements

The Chinese medicine clinic refers to the clinic that carries out diagnosis and treatment services under the guidance of the theory of Chinese medicine, utilizing Chinese medicine and non-pharmacological therapies such as acupuncture, cupping and tuina, as well as Chinese medicine medicinal services such as Chinese medicine mixing and decocting, and the rate of Chinese medicine treatment is 100%.

I. Personnel

(1) There is at least one practicing physician who meets one of the following conditions:

1. He/she has a Certificate of Qualification for Physicians of Traditional Chinese Medicine category and has been registered to practice in medical, preventive, and health care institutions for three years, and is in good health;

2. He/she has a Certificate of Qualification for Physicians of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Specialty), and has been registered to practice in accordance with the law, and is in good health.

(2) to carry out the activities of Chinese medicine tablets dispensing, at least one qualified Chinese medicine technician.

II. Housing

(1) the house is relatively independent;

(2) the layout of the treatment area is reasonable, in line with the hygienic layout and flow;

(3) at least set up a waiting area, consultation area;

(4) the area meets the functional needs, and should be based on the scope of the diagnosis and treatment carried out with the following conditions:

1. Carrying out Chinese medicine tablets and proprietary Chinese medicine dispensing services, the service area should be relatively independent;

2. Carrying out non-pharmacological therapies of traditional Chinese medicine, should be set up in an independent treatment room.

Three, equipment

(a) basic equipment: diagnostic tables, diagnostic chairs, pulse pillows, ultraviolet disinfection equipment, sewage buckets, etc.;

(b) with the scope of the development of diagnosis and treatment of other equipment (including traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic and therapeutic equipment).

Four, there are various rules and regulations, personnel responsibility system, there are nationally developed or recognized medical technology operating procedures, and available in book form. The development of infection control systems and processes, Chinese medicine technology operations in line with Chinese medicine medical technology-related infection prevention and control and other relevant regulations.

Article 5 of the organization of Chinese medicine clinics should have the following conditions at the same time:

(a) individuals to organize Chinese medicine clinics, should have Chinese medicine category "Physician's Qualification Certificate" and be registered to practise in the medical, preventive, and health care institutions for a period of three years, or have "Chinese medicine (expertise) Physician's qualification certificate"; legal persons or other organizations to organize Chinese medicine clinics, clinic principal shall meet the above requirements;

(2) in line with the "basic standards for Chinese medicine clinics";

(3) Chinese medicine clinic name in line with the "Regulations for the Implementation of Medical Institutions" of the relevant provisions;

(4) in line with the environmental protection, fire safety regulations;

(v) be able to independently assume civil liability.

The units and individuals who are prohibited from applying for the establishment of medical institutions as stipulated in the Implementing Rules of the Regulations for Medical Institutions are not allowed to organize TCM clinics.

Article VI of the Chinese medicine clinic for the record, the following materials shall be submitted:

(1) "Chinese medicine clinic for the record information form";

(2) Chinese medicine clinic principal person in charge of a valid identity card, physician's qualification certificate, physician's license certificate;

(3) a list of other health technicians, a valid identity card, practicing qualification documents;

(D) Chinese medicine clinic management rules and regulations;

(E) medical waste disposal program, clinic surrounding environment description;

(F) fire emergency plan.

Legal persons or other organizations to hold Chinese medicine clinics, should also provide legal persons or other organizations, proof of qualification, legal representative identification or other organizations, representative identification.
