2. Prevention of falling and falling out of bed: Patients who can't take care of themselves, such as dyskinesia, coma and decreased vision, should be accompanied by their family members at the bedside to assist in life care. Get out of bed slowly, especially after taking or injecting some special drugs, such as lowering blood pressure, sleeping and calming drugs. Please inform the nurse in time if you need help.
3, keep the ground dry, if the ground is wet, please inform us in time for processing. Please put your belongings in the cupboard, keep the aisle clear, and put your daily necessities where they are easy to get. Please pull up the bed when you are in bed. If the patient is emotional and unconscious, he should also be restrained by a doctor or injected with sedatives.
4, prevention of pressure ulcers: remove excess moisture on the skin caused by sweating, wound secretions and incontinence. Continue to turn over every 1-2 hours (if applicable). Be extra careful when turning over, so as not to damage easily damaged skin parts. Support the easily compressible parts with pillows to relieve stress. Keep the sheets clean, dry and wrinkle-free. Avoid massage pressure points.
