Lubrication and maintenance:

Before installation, confirm whether the motor and reducer are in good condition, and strictly check whether the dimensions of the parts connected with the motor and reducer match. Second step

Unscrew the screw on the dust hole on the outer side of the reducer flange, adjust the clamping ring of PCS system so that its side hole is aligned with the dust hole, insert the hexagon socket and tighten it. After that, remove the motor shaft key.

Third step

Connect the motor and reducer naturally. When connecting, the concentricity of the output shaft of the reducer and the input shaft of the motor must be the same, and its outer flange is parallel. Due to the inconsistency of concentricity, the motor shaft will be broken or the reducer gear will be worn.

In addition, it is forbidden to knock with a hammer during installation to prevent excessive axial force or radial force from damaging bearings or gears. Before tightening the fastening bolts, be sure to tighten the mounting bolts. Before installation, use gasoline or zinc-sodium solution to wipe the antirust oil at the joint of motor input shaft, positioning boss and reducer. Its purpose is to ensure the tightness of connection and the flexibility of operation, and to prevent unnecessary wear.

Before the motor is connected to the reducer, the keyway of the motor shaft should be perpendicular to the fastening bolt. In order to ensure uniform stress, first tighten the mounting bolts at any diagonal position, but do not tighten them, then tighten the mounting bolts at the other two diagonal positions, and finally tighten the four mounting bolts one by one. Finally, tighten the bolts. All fastening bolts shall be fixed and checked with a torque wrench according to the marked fixed torque data.

The correct installation between reducer and mechanical equipment is similar to the correct installation between reducer and driving motor. The key is to ensure that the output shaft of the reducer is concentric with the driven shaft.
